   Great company to deal with. After being let down by another so called repairer, I moved my business to CARC and could not be happier.    Such a fantastic service from these guys. My insurance sent me to them after a collision and a number to replace on my Hyundai. The job was quick, communication along the way was fantastic and proactive. They fixed the bonnet but ALSO went around the whole and fixed/painted old bits and scratches they had not been asked to do. Returned the car cleaned in and out…. I feel as I was returned a brand new car. I am so please with this job. A huge thank you!

   I had a great experience having my fiat 500 convertible repaired at Croydon Accident and Repair Centre. At the start one wonders - will this Centre do a good job - that wonder was unnecessary, repairs completed within a week with no delay at all. I would like to say thank you to Charlie and his whole team esp Shreyas Both Charlie and Shreyas made the whole process seamless! So very accommodating - I was even dropped to the station after dropping my car off! Professional, friendly and efficient through and through and full of attention to detail! Well done CARC! I would definitely recommend and use again if necessary. Five Stars! *****

   Absolutely fantastic service from Croydon Accident repair Centre. They dealt with our insurance claim quickly and professionally. The car was taken in on Wednesday and finished by Friday morning and the team were so accommodating. We had a nasty scratch and 3 dents on the bonnet of our Audi. The job was completed perfectly- you can’t tell there was ever damage there. The paint colour was matched perfectly. Really impressed and would certainly use them again. Thanks!

   The whole process was just painful; took my car there for full body resprayed and it took them over 3 months to do it. And after they said it was done; when I got there to collect it I noticed that my wing mirror wasn’t painted and some of the trims were missing. So I collected the car for the first time and then had to bring the car the car back to get the wing mirror sprayed. It took them another 3 weeks to re spray the wing mirror and when I came to collect it again I found multiple scratches on my bonnet. After 2 months after the collection both my rear arches started bubbling and started to rust. I bought new arches and requested them to replace it and this again took them another month. After collecting it I left my car in a dry storage for over a year and I just noticed that the arches are rusting again which just tells me that it wasn’t prepared and painted properly. Overall the service was really poor and I am only giving it a 1 star because I can’t give less than that. Wouldn’t go back there if I was paid for it.

   They lied and damaged my car. They told me that they would replace plastics outside which were damaged by the accident (hit and run) but they did not. Instead they did unacceptable work which is a joke. I had to bring my car back to the garage more than a few times as they did not know what they did. Every time they had the car, they added new problems and damages. My car was in a perfect condition before but now there are a lot of problems created by this repairer. Now I cannot drive safely as they painted on my windsheild. Please avoid this dishonest and terrible repairer otherwise you waste your time and money.
