    Superb. Had a problem for the first time in 7 years with my XC40, drove it there after calling, they took it straight onto the ramp and sorted it all out. Helpful service delivery manager and mechanic who was extremely clued up. Will bring back for service.

    Absolutely terrible treatment overall. Had service done on our volvo xc40 in march. Recently had low oil light came up. Called volvo assist. Got to know that the croydon branch didn't update the service history and hence recovery was denied at first. But car was then picked up since I had extended warranty. Took it to another dealer. There were no leaks, only possible cause is not filling up properly/checking oil level during service. How can they forget to do something basic. The ladies at the service reception are impolite and rude when I visited last time. Rather than owning upto their short comings, they simply try to wash off their hands and blame someone else in their team. This is not the first time we had bad service from this branch. Never going back again after this. I am choosing another dealer as I value my car to be serviced properly for the money that I am paying even if it's further to where I live.

    The Volvo team at Croydon has been absolutely amazing—especially Hannah, who is truly an asset to the company. I booked my Volvo XC90 in for a full service and a health check. The car passed the health check, apart from an issue with the ERAD system, which I understand is a common problem. I’m hopeful that Volvo will assist with the cost of this repair. The pricing was reasonable overall. My vehicle also had a recall related to the battery, and unfortunately, it failed. Hannah promptly informed me that the battery would be replaced under the recall scheme at no cost, which was a relief. Since I rely on the car for school drop-offs and daily commuting, Hannah kindly arranged a courtesy car for me. Another impressive touch was the video link they sent, showing a detailed inspection of my car and outlining any necessary work—very professional. I will definitely continue servicing my car at this location. The team is honest, straightforward, and never pushy—just genuine people providing great service. I’m happy to recommend them. Keep up the amazing work you guys do

    I had a problem with my Volvo and urgently needed a fix and an MOT. The people at Harwoods were just excellent. Ragini in particular was a joy to work with. she always made sure I had the info I needed as she navigated delivering the service. They sent me a video of what was found and what needed fixing. I never felt out if the loop, and as a customer, even though cars always cost money, I am left feeling I am better off than when I started. They have been really good and I am grateful.

    Super efficient service at Harwoods. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and kept me informed on the progress of the work being carried out on my car. Highly recommended. Update.. the car went in for its first service in my ownership. I cannot fault the whole experience I had with the team there yesterday. I was sent a video from the tech who worked on my car, showing points which needed to be addressed. A good experience again!

    Having had my car in for weeks and unable to fix the fault, using excuse it was ‘miss-fuelled’ as reason HP fuel pump broke despite us being only owners and never ever putting wrong fuel in!! I had to give instructions via email on correct procedure of what to do when replacing HP fuel as clearly they didn’t know to be checking the fuel lines or tank, if injectors had been blocked! As I then had to replace all injectors and rail, I suspect when HP fuel pump replaced they didn’t check filter/tank or lines to see if swarf in them .Only to finally get my car back with the paint being scrapped off the front bumper which wasn’t there when it entered the garage as I have the recovery truck pictures to prove and yet still no response how they plan to sort it out or even give an apology. All those with Volvos in warranty periods sell your car once out of it, as Volvo don’t care and no loyalty despite having had my car serviced and work done there since new 7 years ago.
