    Great experience for a very claustrophobic person! Cant rate highly enough this branch. From the pre booking in service where they reassured me of what they could put in place to help me through the experience, to the lovely friendly receptionist to my ‘hostess’ Holly who guided me through exactly what would happen. I managed my 2 sessions of 25 mins of scanning without having a ‘get me out of here’ panic. You’re allowed a companion to be in the room with you and it was really comforting to feel them squeezing your toes every few minutes to proved reassurance. Having an eye mask and being able to use their headphones whist in the scanner to listen to a pod cast ( or what ever you wanted on Spotify) was fantastic in taking your mind off the physical situation of being in an enclosed space. Holding a panic button that allowed me to talk to the room Incase I needed to be removed from the scanner was also comforting. They also listened to my request to be spoken to (through the machine) to be updated on how many scans were left and the amount of time it was going to take. All this really helped to keep me calm. Can’t rate them highly enough if you are wary of this type of scan . Thank you so much team

    A well deserving and honest 5 star review! •Extremely friendly and genuine staff. I came for a Cone Beam CT scan with my mum and I felt really safe and comfortable with the worker who took me to take the scan- only ended up taking less than 5 minutes! •Despite the long drive and busy Saturday morning, the parking lot was absolutely empty! Did not have to waste a single second finding parking. •While running late, we phoned the receptionist to apologetically let them know and the lady on the phone was very kind and helpful about it- causing no further issues and I managed to make my appointment with no problem even though they urge for you to arrive 15 minutes before hand. (Completely my fault and so thankful they understood) •Although I only waited a few minutes before heading in for my scan, i must say the atmosphere in the waiting room is lovely. With a coffee machine and other refreshments completely free of charge for those waiting. Also noticed how child friendly the room was with some toys so they don’t have to get bored. • Lastly the area is very posh and modern with a breathtaking pond full of fish outside the building. I never leave reviews but after a successful, quick and enjoyable visit me and my mother had today, i was left with no choice but to leave a well deserved 5 star review!

    Review of Prime Health – Deceptive Overbooking, Unprofessional Staff, and a Complete Disregard for Patients’ Time I had an incredibly frustrating experience at Prime Health, which clearly engages in overbooking and deceptive scheduling practices. I was originally scheduled for an MRI at 3:30 PM. At around 11 AM, the clinic called me, stating they were running late and asked me to come later. I made it very clear that I needed to finish my MRI by 5:15 PM at the latest. They assured me that arriving at 4:30 PM would be fine and that I would be done on time. I arrived at 4:20 PM, registered, and at 4:30 PM, I approached the reception, only to be told to wait a little longer. Minutes kept passing—4:40, 4:45—and by 4:50 PM, I reminded them that I could only wait five more minutes. The receptionist said she would call the manager, but instead of coming to speak with me, the manager immediately rushed out of the office and left without even acknowledging me. This was completely unprofessional and dismissive. At 4:57 PM, I asked reception how many patients were ahead of me. They said I was next, but another woman who was waiting for her elderly mother told me that, according to the MRI staff, her mother was expected to finish at 5:30 PM. Given that her mother had been scheduled for 3:15 PM, while I was scheduled for 3:30 PM, it was obvious that the clinic had booked patients back-to-back without allowing enough time for proper scans. A full MRI session, even for a single area, takes far longer than 15 minutes, considering the time needed to undress, prepare, and change back afterward. Realizing that the clinic was either lying about their scheduling or rushing MRIs at the expense of diagnostic quality, I left at 5:02 PM. Then, at 5:08 PM, I received a call from the clinic’s manager, telling me that everything was now ready and that I could return, assuring me I would finish by 5:30 PM. However, by that point, it was already clear that this was impossible—with two MRI zones, plus changing time, the process would take at least 45 minutes, so I would not be able to make it to where I needed to be on time. Moreover, the manager was quite rude during the conversation, showing no concern for the fact that I had been misled and inconvenienced. This was not an isolated incident. Six months ago, I had an MRI at Prime Health and experienced the exact same issue—being asked to come later, only to wait over an hour. It is clear that the clinic intentionally books more patients than they can accommodate, forcing them to wait and misleading them about when their scans will actually take place. The manager also promised to call me on Monday to “resolve” the situation. That call never came. Prime Health is completely unprofessional, dishonest, and prioritizes profit over patient care. If you value your time and want a clinic that respects appointments, avoid Prime Health at all costs.

    This is a very good practice with amazing doctors but the accounts, the admin and the management are unable to produce a correct invoice after one month later. I have called dozens of times, have sent and received lots of emails, still not rezolved and the incompetence is simply unimaginable

    The team here are great. Professional and efficient. My only advice would be double check the parking spots to make sure you're in a named bay, they are labelled but it's pretty small unless you're actually looking for it. In terms of environment, treatment and general approach. The team are courteous, efficient, professional and most importantly human.

    Went here for an mri, lots of parking available I went on a Sunday. Parking is free but u have to park in the spaces allocated to prime - see photos the spaces are clearly labelled the company they are allocated to. Great service from the team that looked after me. I had an mri on my leg & knee & I didn't have to remove my jeans just my jewellery, watch & trainers. Each mri takes 20 mins. They give u head phones to listen to radio station of your choice. I found the mri machine made a bit of noise throughout as expected but not as loud as the nhs mri I had in previous years. I didn't have to wait & was seen straight away. I had 2 x mri's done which took 40 mins & was out & back in car 45 mins after I'd arrived. I was also given a disc copy of my mri afterwards. Great service

    No results or report after over a week. Worst private service I’ve ever experienced. Want my blood tests and stool results back, one being a cancer blood test result. This is meant to be private? You get results quicker than with the NHS! Disgusting.

    Had and MRI of my wrist - have chased and followed up the results for a full 5 business days to no success. Each time I call I’m told ‘I will need to speak to my manager who will call you back’. To date no one has ever returned my call. Only through my constant chasing has someone finally said ‘we’ve now found your test results’. Slightly concerning that MRI results could be ‘lost’. MRIs are not a joke and cost a significant amount of money - irrespective the results, one would expect the results to be available within a few hours (or even a full working day) but not 5 working days . . Disappointing service.
