Service and reasonable price, and most importantly trustworthy and honest. I never feel like they are trying to sell me work that isn’t required, thus why I always use the Wallington branch of Merittyres.

Got 2 new tyres fitted. One of the new tyre keeps losing air slowly over 2 weeks. Tried refelling the air few times but it keeps losing air. Contacted the Garage on phone but they refused to service even if the problem existed from the beginning of getting new tyre. Asking for more money to service telling that I should have brought in straight away even if I the tyre is losing air slowly. Explained that there is no way for me to know as it is losing air gradually so no way I could have brought car back immediately. Told me that it would cost money to repair and come to Garage. Review Edit: Later was reached out by Darren who arranged for recheck and the garage understood and accepted the issue and replaced valves free of cost. Thanks for resolution.
Amazing and fast service. Tackled every issue I came to them with. Their customer service was great and they were polite and understanding. I highly reccomend and will be using their service from here on out!
Just had my MOT done at Merityre Wallington — this was my second visit, and both times have been nothing but positive. The place has a really calm and friendly atmosphere, which makes the whole experience stress-free and welcoming. Trevor at reception was brilliant — really helpful, gave solid advice, and took the time to answer my questions without rushing anything. The MOT itself was done quickly and thoroughly, with no hidden costs or surprises. What really impressed me was that they even cleaned off some recent paint scrapes where someone had reversed into my parked car — totally unexpected and really appreciated. I’ve felt completely confident leaving my car with them both times, knowing it (and anything inside it) is in safe hands. I’ll definitely be coming back for my future MOTs. Highly recommend!
Get my tyres and have my MOTs here, very speedy and prices are good. Very professional service every time. Would recommend to anyone. My tyres are unusually large so normally have to order in advance but are usually next day and have multiple options for performance/cost needs.

Booked in for a wheel alignment recently. Went in when they were less busy. Service was fast and smooth. The only improvement would be if staff could explain a bit about what was done and how it went.

Called for a tyre, they got it the same day and I went in first thing the next day to get it fitted. Vehicle Manufacturer gave me a date 3 weeks ahead… Efficient and reasonably priced.
