   Me and my family just had the most amazing food at the new opening of the merlin! and wow! how unreal it really was. From start to finish, 10/10. The staff went above and beyond for us and a special shout out to Martyn. The new decor of the place is unbelievable and has such a warm feeling too it which is lovely.

   We stayed there for one night a couple of weeks ago. Super cute Inn in a nice and quiet area, rhe rooms are very nicely decorated and spacious. Only small downside are the single glazed windows in the rooms. It was stormy when we stayed and it got a bit silly in the bedroom. For the restaurant/pub part, we had dinner there which was delicious and then breakfast in morning. You have a nice variety of food, to please everybody and the food is very well presented and delicious. Same for the drinks. Definitely recommend.

   We stayed the night with my wife and two boy. I arrived and checked in, Jackie made up the room suitable for my boys, there was a sofa bed and a king bed, very comfortable. Al the of the staff are great! Breakfast was incredible, would highly recommend eating and staying.

   reasonably clean and big room. reasonable price for a night with nice and delicious breakfast. greeted with a friendly staff when checked in and checked out, highly recommended. try their scrambled eggs on sourdough bread with smoked salmon and crispy bacon for breakfast! our room costs £95 a night inclusive of breakfast.

   Lovely restaurant. We had to sit in the bar as this seems to be the only part which is dog friendly, which is a shame, as dining room looked very pretty. Food was absolutely gorgeous. More expensive than we would usually go for but the delicious meal was worth it.

   I was recommended the sticky toffee pudding by oceane and what a recommendation it was fantastic! We also tried the truffle and bbq chicken which was pretty good. My little girls chicken curry was highly commended. We will be back ☺️
