The lady that wears a mask on the ground floor is extremely rude. I’m not going to write what she said to my family, but it’s no way any customer should be spoken to. It’s a real shame because all of the other staff we have dealt with are extremely polite and helpful and go above and beyond. This particular lady however needs some lessons from her colleagues on customer service.
We dealt with Anna over 2 weekends and found her friendly, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. She listened to what we wanted and was very patient which allowed us to make the right decision. She took the time to help us with measurements, made sure the sofa we chose would fit perfectly in our space, and even suggested great alternatives to consider. Lisa really understood what we were looking for and guided us to the perfect sofa for our home. The ordering process was seamless, and delivery was smooth and on time. Fantastic shop and service. Chris Barrowclough was so helpful but not the least bit pushy. Ended up buying 3 sofas and 2 Accent chairs from their extensive selection. Customer service great and delivered by two really helpful and considerate delivery guys within 6 weeks of ordering. I would always go straight here for other furniture purchases - quality and service much better than other sofa shops and prices are very comparable.
Duncan and David T were absolutely fantastic! We received the best service from them. They properly looked after us in terms of price and were very thorough when we needed help with choosing the colour of our sofa and wardrobe sets. David even did his research to find us the layer with the light for our wardrobe when we though there wasnt one available! We will definitely be coming again and would highly recommend this furniture shop for the first time buyers.
We ordered a dining table online after seeing it in store. Came a month earlier than expected and the Warehouse team kept us up to date with expected times etc whilst being courteous and polite. Delivery drivers were friendly, fully assembled the table and even recommended how best to display it to reflect the potential colour alteration caused by the sun shining in through our bi fold doors. A great experience top marks all around.
Lovely shop to walk round, staff were polite and did not pester. My suite was delivered today prompt at 5 past 8 the delivery men Paul and Wayne were very courteous and careful, they unpacked it and took all wrappings away with them. They made sure we were pleased with the suite and showed us how to use the reclining chairs. Very happy, would certainly use Christopher Pratts again.

A more than wonderful store that includes the most luxurious types of furniture, chandeliers, rugs, bedrooms, antiques and wonderful antiques. It is very luxurious and now there are discounts on everything and prices are not very high
