She was there when we needed information and advice and guided us through our first purchase from this shop. Nothing was too much trouble and we were not pressured.    We visited this furniture store on Monday the 16th of January and what a pleasant experience it was. We were greeted by Julie a member of the staff and from there on in, it just got better and better. Julie was an extremely knowledgeable person and her help and advice was given in a very friendly but also professional manner which was most helpful. It's a long long time since we have visited a retail outlet where customer service has genuinely been demonstrated at such a high level. Well done W&T Nettleton and in particular well done Julie - a breath of fresh air from a customer experience point of view.

Julie Mortimer who handled our sale was very professional and went above and beyond what was required. We always felt that we could always contact them if the need arose.
