Good quality furniture they also have some brilliant sales worth a visit i only scored it down as theres never anyone on the shop floor if you need help you have to go to the tills which is fine unless theres a queue
It's a slightly classier shop than IKEA . It has some nice things at reasonable prices
I came in and was blown away by the prices here. Really great prices. A huge, huge selection of European goods. Lots of interesting offers. After buying a few small items, I left with the desire to come back here with my wife to look at and choose mattresses and beds. I highly recommend it to everyone—the pricing policy here is spot on. I recommend this store to everyone once again.
Called to JYSK Leeds on Sun quite late being in the customer service industry myself I felt terrible because I know what the late customer makes you feel like at times especially on a Sunday. But how wrong was I the 2 chaps in store were so helpful even helping load the car as the boxes were large and didn't complain at all. So credit to your company for employing such pleasant and helpful staff well done JYSK Leeds
I had a really lovely experience yesterday when buying a chair in store. The staff were really helpful and chatty and were talking to me and my baby. The manager went above and beyond to help me , she offered to get an item from another store, helped me with Klarna and even carried my item to my car as I had my baby in my arms. She was so lovely and I really enjoyed shopping there. Will definitely return thank you!
It's like a small version of IKEA that only does furniture/soft furnishings. Worth a visit.
We bought a sofa 4 months ago, we waited 2 weeks to receive it broken. We contacted customer service 4 times, and their response was that we will ask for a new piece every time they were asked the same answer, we have not received the new piece yet. And we went to the Leeds branch, and their response was that there is no request for a broken piece. After 4 months, they use the same excuse. After I paid 550 pounds, I received a broken sofa. This is unfair. Disappointing with this company. I do not recommend them
Very rude sales woman, The black lady was so rude to customers, serving customers when she was on the phone, One customer said thank you so much after she had served him and she just ignored him and carried on with her call. The conversation must have been to another colleague as she stated you should come here and work, the customers are another breed. So rude will not use again and I suggest others to use IKEA as a alternative.
The price for sofa two week ago was 600. Today just before black Friday is 750. Coincidence? Remember, always check history of price before u buy.
Absolutely loved this store. My first time in there since it opened, could have spent a fortune because it seemed well priced. May well be back for a sofa. The staff were good too, plenty of them as well. I hope this store does well, it was a great shopping experience, well laid out and I enjoyed having a good bimble about.
