   Found this shop online while trying to source a new bed. Incredible choice - so many beds. Chap that was there was very friendly and helpful, without being too pushy. Love our bed, exactly what we wanted. 3 stars given due to communication. We were told our bed would take 2-3 weeks. Ended up taking over 6. The issue was apparently a delay with a container, which I'm not doubting but the shop never updated us. It was always me having to phone to chase. This made it very difficult for us to plan the delivery around our decorating and removing our old bed.

   Excellent Service! Highly recommend! Had a bed on order with a large national chain, for over 2 months, who decided to cancel the delivery the night before it was due, (we'd already got rid of our existing bed). Walked into Bedside Manor on a Wednesday Lunchtime, explained the situation and what we were looking for. The team took their time to listen and even looked at what they had in stock that they could deliver quickly. Bed was delivered 2 days later early Friday morning. Thank you so much for your time, patience and service!

   Ordered a custom headboard, bed and 2 mattresses from here - although initially the headboard wasn't right (not their fault), they immediately put it right at no extra cost and got us exactly what we wanted. Beautiful, comfortable children's bed that my daughter loves. Amazing experience, highly recommend and would go buy from them again.

   I had such a wonderful experience at Bedside Manor. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. Lynn, in particular, went above and beyond—she was incredibly helpful, kind, and attentive throughout my visit. She took the time to answer all my questions with patience and made the whole experience so comfortable. It’s rare to meet someone who is not only knowledgeable but also genuinely cares, and Lynn embodies both. I highly recommend Bedside Manor and especially appreciate the excellent service Lynn provided!

   Ordered a bed and mattress from Bedside Manor-the process was seamless from beginning to end and the bed and mattress are brilliant-we've had nearly two weeks sleeping on it so I can say this with complete confidence. It was great to deal with a family firm rather than the big multiples who don't offer the same choice. If you are looking to replace your bedframe, mattress or both we would say please give Bedside Manor a visit-it will be well worth it!!!

   We have just purchased our third bed with a new mattress from bedside manor, and we continue to be very impressed with the friendly and professional service. The choice of beds, mattresses and wardrobes / furniture is great, all fantastic quality for an affordable price. I cannot recommend this place enough. A huge thanks to Lynn who has been absolutely fabulous throughout the whole process for us, particularly with having to push back the delivery date a couple of times due to our delayed house move. The delivery guys are also absolutely wonderful. Thank you to you all and we will be back again soon for our next purchase. xx

   There is a fantastic selection of beds and mattresses. The staff were brilliant and very knowledgeable and helped us choose our perfect bed. Sam was patient and informative while we tried many different mattresses to find the right one for us. The delivery was quick and easy with assembly complete in no time. We would definitely recommend getting your bed from here.
