   Sister in law baught 2 beds. Wrong beds delivered. Single bed too long. Ottoman came with no bed base. Wrong colours, no foam support round the sides as promised. Terrible customer service. Refused a refund NEVER SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY

   Worst shop I have ever bought from. The customer service is appalling. They NEVER answer calls or texts and I have been waiting a further 3 months from the original delivery date for an order. I have heard nothing from the man working there. If he does ever answer my call, he is very rude and always has an excuse. NEVER BUY FROM THIS SHOP. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD.

   The worst experience ever!! We went from London to Bradford because we were told, all the good bed shops were there. We were told on the phone to NOT shop here but we went against it and thought to give it a go. We ordered a bed on Saturday 21st, the owner said he’d have a delivery company bring it to me within 3 days (Tuesday). The 3rd day came and I didn’t hear anything. I gave him a Bly and waited another day (Wednesday) before contacting them. No answer. Finally got ahold on Thursday to be told that he’s struggling to find a courier who will make the drive, but even if he found someone there would be no one to assemble the bed (a service we’ve paid for). We went back and forth all day, carried on to Friday for him to finally say they will deliver it on Saturday (7days later from purchase, 4 days after original delivery date). Low and behold the “courier company” was a van driver and one of the bed shop employees. Upon delivery, we called him several times to express our unhappiness but no answer. We deducted £50 from the remaining balance due to all the inconveniences only to receive a text filled with curses, followed by a phone call of more curses and no apology for delays and lack of communication. Nevertheless, we sent the remaining £50. It’s a shame because we really did try to give him the benefit of the doubt considering this current economical crisis but some people you just cannot help them.

   The worst shopping experience ever. Very rude staff and unprofessional customer service. They even don't deserve one star. Avoid buying any thing of this place . I have ordered three sofas 8 weeks ago. They came to deliver first time trying to deliver wrong wrong design of sofas in wrong fabric and damaged, so I had to refuse the delivery. Second time they called to deliver around 10 pm I have waited them till 12:00am then they have called to say that they will deliver next day in the morning , so they tried to deliver the same same sofa . I refused the delivery again. It's took them about 6 weeks to refund £300 deposit after 1000 phone call and going to their shop more than three times .

   NEVER BUY ANY THINGS OF THIS PLACE. Never pay deposit. They even don’t deserve one star. They called @sofasbatley also know as Living Comfort Batley. The company is run by a very unprofessional rude team. Firstly quoting us the wrong price, quotes made by incompetent workers who do not know the price of items. The price was increased even though the mistake was made by the member of staff. Ridiculous customer service. We were forced to agree. The products arrived, sofas with missing parts, wrong fabric with missing parts and damaged . Very poor workmanship. It has been an absolute terrible experience. DO NOT TRUST this company with anything. Late delivery and 7/8 week wait time to get items delivered , which wasn’t even done .

   I ordered some sofas when they came, the delivery guys was not bringing into the house after several requests they did bring in. The sofas were damaged told them they are damaged whilst they was there all they said was whilst bringing into house they got damaged and other excuses. There was a hole in the sofa and other damage too which was not damage caused by bringing in the house at all as they claimed . (This is why they was trying to leave sofas at the door) told them to take them back they said they brought in with great difficulty and will send someone to repair them. Nobody came for over a week i called them several times no answer , I went into shop several times they made excuses promising me new sofas as they can't repair the damaged ones etc etc just gave me run around for over a month after several visits I am stuck with damaged sofas . They never answered shop phone or mobile number they left with us they have rubbish customer service and are liars do not believe a word they say once they take the money they DONT CARE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

   Avoid this company at all costs, absolute set of con artists. First of all, they ignore phone calls and think it is acceptable to deliver at 10pm. When they finally delivered my order, they sent a single bed mattress when I had ordered a double. When I finally managed to get through to one of the store members, he was very unapologetic and rude and he didn’t offer a replacement so I have gone elsewhere. Probably one of the worst companies I have dealt with, don’t waste your money.
