   Lena was great! She was extremely understanding and caring and I appreciated the reassurance after I had a very negative experience with another shop. I left Bensons for Beds shop knowing when the bed was going to arrive and happy. Great ongoing updates and communications. Delightful delivery team, Ryan and Karl, who were fast, efficient, helpful and nothing has been a bother. Thank you all again

   Our bed and mattress was delivered by Ryan and Elliot. They were both was very friendly and professional. Sales assistant was very knowledgeable and recommend the perfect products for us. We are very happy with the items purchased. Reasonable prices, greet quality products and a fast delivery. I would definitely recommend Bensons for Beds to everyone.

He went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I needed, with no pressure and plenty of patience.    Everything was fine I’m terms of purchase within the shop & delivery. Come to put the bed together and one of the fitting was 15mm out. I can only assume it was assembled like this in the factory. Given the price we paid for the bed & it coming from a reputable retailer I was very surprised about this. Would have taken ages putting together with supplied hex/allen key. I used my own socket set with had the correct hex/allan key size in it. This made assembly much faster.

   Very helpful staff members, took time to understand our particular requirements, we were shown the mattress that best suited our requirements and then left to try them out in our own time and to make our own choice without someone hovering over us. Very good experience from start to finish, offered refreshments several times during our visit.

   On arrival I was told that my headboard could not be removed although we had paid for full removal of our old bed. The order was incomplete and incorrect. The headboard did not match the base. The feet on the divan base we’re half wheeled half sliders. The walls of my hallway were left extremely damaged. The two men who were expected to deliver a super king mattress were clearly not trained in safe manual handling and were not able to lift it up the stairs. Had I not had other tradesmen in the property, I doubt it would have been delivered past the front door as they required significant assistance to do this. I feel very let down and disappointed by the whole experience as was told “we’re just the delivery drivers, it’s not our problem or fault”. This was an expensive bed and mattress that we have waiting a long time for and we’ve been left with an incomplete bed which is currently propped on books to stop the mattress sloping.
