do not trust them, they took my money but that was the last i heard, they never respond and there is no way to chase them... not sure they really exist
I enquired about a bookcase that I had previously seen advertised on their website but had been removed. I was told that it was out of stock and the supplier had gone bankrupt so it would not be coming back in stock. As a result, I ordered a different bookcase that was advertised as in stock on their website. After several weeks, I had heard nothing, hadn't been charged and the whole range had been removed from the website. I contacted the store and was told that my order had been cancelled because the supplier was bankrupt. No one informed me that the order was cancelled and, at the time of ordering, it was clearly listed as in stock on the website. Website is out of date/misleading. Communication is very poor.

same experience I am afraid, we will update tomorrow,seems to be their phrase. No choice now but to report them and get our money back
Not impressed at all, ordered and paid for goods and have waited 12 days, emailed at before 09:00 and not heard anything, phoned the number on the website which is a call centre in Brighton and was told they would pass message on and someone would be in touch, but up until now no communication what so ever. POOR customer service.
was not impressed with there comunication and waited forever for my order but when i got my order i was pleased.they need to brush up on there telephone cumunication.
Excellent product and good value. I might have given Asia Dragon 6 stars if their email link failed so I could not access my account on line. Some lost communication preventing me from learning when the product would arrive but when it did, it was very well packed and in perfect condition. I fully recommend Asia Dragon and their products
