I had a lovely shopping experience here. A great range and wondeful staff, even helped me take my items to my vechile. Will definitely be back to buy more for my new place.

Very cheap products. I was looking for a quality duvet cover but there was nothing with high thread count. We went upstairs and noticed the cafe but the staff too busy talking to each other. We had a couple of things we wanted to purchase but queues on the tills were ridiculously. Left the items and walked out. Won't be going back

I would give them a negative rating if I could! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. They messed up my delivery 3 times and it took a month for me to get my bed! I had no mattress for weeks and all of the customer services agents could not care less. Even the delivery drivers told me to ask for a full refund after hearing how they messed me about and all I got was a £50 voucher! As if I want to order from here again! I took several days off work to be in for these deliveries just for it to not even arrive. I had to buy a blow up mattress and sleep on that for a whole month. Every time I reached out I was told they can discuss a refund after it’s been resolved, which took weeks! I have lost so much money from taking time off that a voucher does not even cover it. Do not order from them. They are useless, apathetic and ridiculous!!!!

Got everything I needed and good quality, the only reason I gave 4 stars is I did not receive my email receipt and I spent nearly five hundred pounds? One set of curtains were just too short ( my fault really) but can’t take them back as no receipt, lemon cheesecake was incredible.

Well stocked, relatively cheap household furnishings store (think pillows, duvets, glassware, tableware, bins, curtains etc). The restaurant is an old fashioned company canteen type of place, with great panoramic views over the city through floor to ceiling glass, and pretensions towards modernity with some of the drinks on the menu, but really it is still very firmly a canteen. The shop is way out of the way, so you'll be going here specifically for this shop, in which case you might be a prisoner to the canteen. Just don't expect greatness. The shop itself has the odd item that I found unusual, like clear half-height fridge containers with lids. I need to measure or fridge and see if i can use them next time we go to a store closer to us. On the other hand there were some odd omissions. For example, they sold a lot of half length pillows and long V shaped pillows, but I couldn't find pillow cases for either of them. The shop may have stocked them, but the pillow cases weren't all in one place and weren't clearly signed. It's a tired store, so tired it would be easy to mistake it for a cut price sales outlet, but it's something an imaginative make over could fix. However, the store's situation is really against it. It would need to push very hard to get the footfall it needs to survive. There were maybe a dozen customers, if that, during the 40 minutes I was there. If you live locally and you like the store, shop there to keep it.

Called in for a rug and was greeted by a helpful staff member who directed me to the correct area. I was assisted by Steven - who I can not praise enough. He was amazing - very helpful & friendly. Explained sizes to me (I needed a size that unfortunately isn't made) offered an alternative size, showed me it down & then carried to the tills & my car boot for me!! Fantastic customer service.

Love this store. Everything you need for the home. Bought two new shades for bedside lamps, two huge throws for the suites, several mugs, and a gorgeous koala hot water bottle for my granddaughter. They've even got a cafe and had lunch. You just want to look at everything. They have so many bargains.

You can buy almost anything for your home there, apart from larger appliances. Well stocked, fairly cheap items, large carpark, staff politeness hit and miss but no major issues. Always happy to return for some bed sheets, sleepers and cookware :-)

We were helped by competent staff. My mum was shown the lifts to help her access upstairs. We were shopping for curtains, there were lots of choices. All the curtains were out on display to be seen and touched. We easily matched the two sets of curtains to poles and tie backs. The cafe looked great but we were short on time so will go back

Very helpful and friendly staff. So easy to get deliveries organised by lovely staff. Returns no problem. Layout of goods, particularly the carpet section easy to use the carpet hangers. Will use it again for variety and quality of purchases. Needs a European measurement section for bunk bed sheets. Only a small point. Had to go to IKEA for a couple.
