I recently used Motorcare for an issue with my car and was thoroughly impressed. The team quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it promptly whilst being professional and friendly. Not only did they resolve the main issue but they also flagged that my front two tyres were out of tread. Highly recommend them for their efficiency, expertise and customer experience.

Motorcare came to our rescue after the previous garage left my car in a dangerous, unroadworthy state. The problems were explained to us in a very clear, understandable way, showing us the specific parts that were damaged and walking us through the repairs. It’s so nice to finally be able to have complete trust in a garage, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. They have earned two very loyal customers. My car is going in for its annual service tomorrow, and for the first time in a long time, I don’t have a pit of dread in my stomach—I know that any issues raised will be genuine, not made-up or exaggerated like I’ve had from garages in the past. And although in this day and age this shouldn’t have to be noteworthy, but as a woman, I really appreciate the way that none of the staff have given me that “you couldn’t possibly understand anything about cars—you’re a woman” vibe that I’ve gotten from so, so, so many other garages.
Motorcare are excellent in my opinion, I would highly recommend them. I've used them a number of times already, never had any issues, but I'm leaving this review after an excellent experience I just had. I realised first thing this morning that my MOT was expiring in 2 days. I called up, asked if they could squeeze me in, and they said bring the car down today, they'll keep it on standby in case they get a cancellation. I called earlier, they've managed to do the MOT, amazing. I asked whether someone had cancelled, and they said no, no one had cancelled, they just sorted my car at the end of the day. Absolute legends, very nice guys running the places, very well priced, would definitely recommend to all.
My car was transferred to Motorcare from another local garage with an oil leak problem. The repair was covered under warranty and the garage managed the claim with the warranty provider on my behalf. The problem is fixed and I was kept informed throughout. I will not hesitate to use them again in the future.
I took my car here following a RAC breakdown diagnosis. Motorcare could fit me in a day after I called which was great. There was actually nothing wrong with my car in the end but polite service and didnt charge me for a non need part which any dodgy garage probably would have. I will return for any actual issues I do get with my car!
Had a radiator leak and wasn't able to trace the leak. Called up the garage and they fitted me in their schedule on short notice. The problem was identified and resolved the next day. Friendly and efficient service. Pricing was good so I booked a MOT with them.
The best car service and MOT garage in the entirety of the Woking area (if not further afield), bar absolutely none. Excellent advice, unbeatable pricing, and a level of service and professionalism that is completely unrivalled by any of their many competitors who we have visited over the years. Very, very highly recommended!
A+ - I came to Motorcare after my beloved BMW had failed an MOT elsewhere. I knew that my car was not worthy of an MOT failure so I wanted to get a second opinion. So I called Motorcare, there were very honest up front and very clear that they will inspect the car and see what is actually at fault. They managed to get me in very quickly, and did an emissions test with me present. After the test was complete they were confident that my car was not towards the point of failure, they managed to fit me in for an MOT a day later and my car passed. A couple of things needed doing but I was pleasantly surprised at the very, very reasonable price, and speed at which the work was completed. The professionalism and care towards myself and my car is yet to be matched in my eyes. Very very strong recommendation, I will be returning with any future motoring needs. 10/10
