   Really bad company. Got 2 sofas from them and they started falling to bits after a few months, company refused to do anything at all and ignored all complaints. Less than 8 months later had to fork out for new sofas from another company as these are dropping to bits. All fabric split on both sofas all down the back exposing horrific hard wood on both 3 seater and 4. Poor quality bad customer service not interested in resolving anything at all. They did ask for photos and failed to respond after that please avoid.

   Got my sofa delivered last night, Delivery driver did call at 5pm to tell me he was delayed and would be arriving around 10pm, this wasn't a problem for me and appreciated he did call to inform me of late arrival. Drivers were friendly and brought sofa in. Sofa is amazing, really sturdy and bigger than i expected, my only criticism would be to include instructions as to where feet go on as i still haven't managed to get them on as it was late at night, i've seen a few bad reviews for this company and wanted to share my good experience with them. I ordered the sofa last week and it was delivered within a few days

   DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE IF YOU ARE WANTING GOOD QUALITY AND GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.. i purchased a sofa which then came and it was 2 different shades of grey, also the sofa was attached to the arm properly. Contacted them literally 5 minutes after delivery and they said nothing they could do and had to send photos through WhatsApp, which I did, then they ignored the messages, ignored phone calls, blocked my number so finally found a different number for them for them to say they would delivery a new one few days later and still waiting, yet again still not contact and blocked my number again, this has now been 2 months. I told them I was going go trading standards and still don't seem to care. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE !!!
