Very professional and quick acting garage. The engine management light came on in my BMW X3, a few days before MOT expiry. They quickly fit me in the next day to find the fault and resolve it very very quickly and efficiently. The car was ready the same day, and I avoided any delays in passing the MOT on time. Highly recommend this garage. Very rare to find a proper group of mechanics who clearly take pride in their work and business. I’ll be coming back for future work and recommending them to friends/family.
Great experience. Front office staff and mechanics are friendly and professional. I’ve trusted them with regular service over the last 2 years and they’ve always been 5-star. Took my car in for repairs to my side mirror and MOT. They fixed my side mirror in record time (good as new) and put the car through the MOT test and it passed. Always recommend them if you’re in New Malden/ Kingston postcode.

I have used Autotec at least 3 times over the years, and each visit has been a positive experience. When I had a clutch failure, they sent a truck to collect my vehicle (from KT3), AND offered me a loan vehicle to keep me on the road while mine was being repaired. More recently when my clutch cable snapped, I dropped the vehicle with them at 3pm, and was very pleasantly surprised when they informed me it would be ready for collection the following morning.
