   Professional of highest order , my car was held by Mercedes and returned without fixing after two months. Welcome autos fixed my vehicle within days and very reasonable price. I am grateful for their services and definitely a five star garage.

   Don’t use this garage my AA man warned me against them and they did a poor repair on my daughter’s car that resulted in it breaking down again shortly after leaving the garage. They offered to repair again at an extra charge and she broke down again with the same fault. After going to a different garage the fault was repaired but this garage refused a refund.

   Extremely Disappointing Experience – Avoid at All Costs Unfortunately, my experience with Welcome Auto was incredibly frustrating and unsafe. I would not trust any of the positive reviews. I found the service to be dishonest, unprofessional, and lacking in basic competence. I initially took my car in for a clutch issue—it wouldn’t change gears. They kept the car for over a week, but when my partner went to collect it, the problem hadn't been fixed. When he explained this, staff laughed and insisted it had been resolved. He drove it a short distance before the same issue occurred, forcing him to return it immediately. The second time, they kept the car for nearly two more weeks. When we picked it up, it worked briefly before breaking down again—this time on a busy main road. This was not only incredibly frustrating but also dangerous, especially as I am currently pregnant, something I had clearly communicated to the garage. I had to call the AA for assistance. The technician warned me that Welcome Auto had a poor reputation and advised against returning. He also confirmed that the clutch work the garage claimed to have done was either incomplete or hadn’t been carried out at all. For my safety, I chose to go to a different, trusted garage, where they confirmed that no actual repairs had been made. As a result, I had to pay again to have the problem fixed properly. Despite paying Welcome Auto over £400 for repairs, they refused to offer any kind of refund or take responsibility. This has been one of the worst experiences I've had with a garage. I strongly advise others to avoid this business. If I could give zero stars, I would.

   Do not bring your car here. They told me they fixed my car, but they fixed the wrong part. It, failed after driving less than a minute down the road. They then laughed at me, charged me again to fix the actual part. My pregnant wife got in the "fixed" car this time and it broke down again. The AA had to pick her up, they warned against this garage themselves saying they had a bad reputation. We took it to another garage who said that they didn't change any parts. This place is dangerous. Oh yea, they also will tell you to hurry up and collect your car as they have left it on double yellow lines. They are jokers

   To be blunt, the price is reasonable however, if you want to look after your car longer , do not go this garage. Firstly, khashif is always on the phone never welcome for new clients and seems like he's more a telemarketer than a mechanic. Secondly, wait wait wait. how many times do i need to wait even i book ? it is such a wrong manner of customer service. never be puncture and never finished on time. Thirdly , they can make your car wrong again even he said fixed.
