   Disappointed and upset... Took my car for service. Agreed with them only oil and filter for £160. When it came to collecting the car, they charged for full service £342 which i specifically did not ask for. Will never go back to them again. Shame really because I was planning to use them quite often, but that won’t be the case.

   TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF AS A FEMALE!!! SCAMMERS!!! Dropped my vehicle off for an MOT that I had booked. Jeff at the front desk said it would be two hours. I enquired as to why it would be two hours as I know MOTs normally take 40 minutes. Only then, did he say that they would try to finish it within an hour. Then, he said he would do an oil change as well. I said if it was going to take too long to just do the MOT. I came back after one hour and he charged me £190 for an oil change. The total for the oil change and MOT was £237. I asked why the oil change was SO expensive and I said that my previous oil change was only £90. He replied and said that the cost of oil is going up…..NOT THAT MUCH JEFF UNLESS ITS FORMULA ONE GRADE!! ABSOLUTE SCAM!! 0 stars if I could. I won’t return. Go to merityre 100 meters away!!!

   The fact that this should be an honest family run MOT centre, it isn't actually honest at all and they have left a sour taste. I brought my car in for an MOT which had failed. I communicated what needed to be repaired and was advised that the cost was to repair 4 things. I reiterated this as I mentioned I did not want any surprises. Well, shocked is what I would say!!! The car was left overnight. When I came to collect, only 2 things were repaired at the same price. When I asked about it, the answer was 'at least you have an MOT'. That is not the point. I would have taken this elsewhere to get the MOT done with all the items repaired. Totally ripped off. If you want to just pass your MOT then yeah, go for it. But if you actually want honest people working on your car, promising that they will fix what was agreed - look elsewhere.
