   I contacted My Cosmetic Doctor after an unusual rash appeared around my eyes. It just gradually worsened each day and hydrocortisone was not helping. Not knowing what else I could do, I turned to Dr Rakhra, knowing she specialises in dermatology and through recommendation. She was so attentive, caring and understanding as to how distressing the rash was as it looked so aggravated, I couldn’t wear make up. She kept in touch with me through the day, each day until it cleared. I was given advice on what to use, what to not use and she worked with me to figure out triggers that aggravated it and possible causes. I never expected this level of care. She researched it further as it was unusual in appearance (hives and eczema like and sore, red and itchy) and also recommended I contact my GP. I sent videos and photos on her request and she diagnosed it as an allergic dermatitis, the same as my GP did and recommended the cream I should try, which I then got from my GP. This cream is amazing. Now whenever I see the first sign of a rash, I apply it for just a day and the rash does not develop. I avoid the products that we thought might aggravate it and honestly, she got me through a few weeks of distress. My Cosmetic Doctor will be my first port of call in the future.
