   I wouldn’t recommend. I booked a full service, and was happily surprised that my car was going to be picked up and dropped off at my house free of charge. It was very easy to book and not too expensive. However, once my car was dropped off, the mechanic told me that they had accidentally done an MOT too, and that I had to pay an additional £40 directly into his bank account. I said no as there was no certificate, nor invoice for the MOT, and I hadn’t initially booked it. I refused to pay, and he said someone will be in contact on Monday (this happened on Friday). On Monday, I was contacted with the MOT certificate, but still no invoice. I also looked online, and I had no advisories, despite a small crack in my windscreen. I personally do not trust this MOT. My car’s mileage had also been reported at 10,000 miles higher than it should’ve been, potentially affecting my insurance had that been picked up on. I will say that they do have good customer service. When I refused to pay for the MOT for the second time, and gave my reasoning, they agreed that I shouldn’t pay and have since changed the accidental mileage issue. I wouldn’t recommend this place, as I do feel that a thorough job wasn’t done. I can’t prove that, but if the MOT is anything to go off, this isn’t a trustworthy garage.

   Very happy customer with the service and MOT. No sneaky extras or add ons and very reasonably priced because I shopped around. Easy to travel on the tram back to collect the car as well which was a bonus. I recommend this auto garage moreover will be a return customer!

   I was booked in for 2 front tyres to fitted at 9am i was told by the boss he would be starting in 10 minutes but that did not happen he arrived at 9.30am and finished at 10.05am, no apology at all. When I got home and noticed the renault emblem was missing so try to contact garage but as usual went to voice mail, it is impossible to speak to someone and can't even be bothered to get back to you. After another 2 phone call I spoke to the boss that the hub covers emblem was missing, eventually they found missing bit in which I had to collect today with no apology what so ever. Customer service is appalling do not use.

   I used MMM Auto UK for an MOT to a two year s holdGT4 Porsche. I dropped the car with them and return to pick it up when ready. The service was professional, friendly and keen to help. Mostafa and his team were fantastic. Also they always try to fit you in even if is a last minute request. I am happy to recommend them to my family and friends.

   This was the first time I have used this garage. Took my Mercedes Benz in for a Service and I was pleasantly impressed with the results. The Staff were Friendly , Service was done within an hour I will be sending my car for servicing here in future. Mustafa was very professional, very helpful & had great prices. I've had some pretty bad service and unfriendly treatment in the past from other garages. But with MMM Auto the service was excellent I would strongly recommend MMM Auto to anyone looking to get their car serviced. I will definitely go there again, Overall extremely happy, Thank you Veenesh
