Very disappointed with the service. I contacted J & A Autos & MOT Service (Class 4 & 7), but he was on call and did not respond. I was made to wait for no reason and received a rude response afterwards. Unprofessional behaviour – would not recommend.
Avoid!!!! I went to exchange one part than without asking me other part had been allegedly changed and I was charged without even asking beforehand. After collection, on the next day another thing happened to be damaged and when I got back to them they replaced it plus another part .I have paid 3 timed more than expected. They attracted me with cheaper prices but ended up in paying horrendous bill. I have not received any receipts even though requested, no invoice ,nothing and 2 days after most parts they have replaced failed, started to leak!I have almost destroyed my engine because of that and mechanik who fixed my car after them showed me the parts...they were used from scrapyard even though they charge you for ,,new,,! I had to pay for the same repair twice and it costed me a fortune. I asked for refund but was ignored! Avoid!!!! That's your standard reply to all unhappy customers?! That they are not your clients?! Let me refresh your memory! The timing belt fitted with screwdriver !!! Parts from scrapyard!!! Went to fixed one part ended up with many ! My car is still being fixed after your doggy work!!!
Superb service and very skillfully team of individuals. It's a rare to find car mechanics with exceptional service skills and fair prices these days,this is my third visit her for various services and MOT's and each time has been improvement on the last experience. Highly recommend.
I have used this company a handful of times, and every single time the customer service is impeccable! I’m a very busy mum so having a quick smooth exchange is always important to me and this is what I get off these guys. They are always reasonably priced and I’m never kept waiting, although they are a busy garage. Thank you guys. I honestly appreciate it, especially as I work in customer service for 15 years, I know good customer service when I see it
