Friendly, honest and trustworthy service. A nearby garage quoted me unnecessary parts and labour whereas Sudan at Europa gave real advice, spent a good time inspecting the car and fixed the problem on the spot for 5 times less. He wouldn’t take payment until was sure the fix had addressed the issue. Which it did. Two thumbs up.
Incompetent. Useless. Pulled up with the intention of spending £1600 on tyres alone.. without labour. After seeing two mechanics working on a car ramped up, said hello.. they gestured by shaking their hand, couldn’t speak a word of the Kings. No response. Instead of calling someone over that speak their language (which I thought they’d have done) was just waiting there. Someone came out after 5 minutes, and simply just said “no” after pointing to the tyres haha. After that, got the message that these lot probably ain’t the type you want around your car. Word of advice, if you’ve got a half decent motor.. Don’t bother taking to these cowboys
Mr Sudan is very helpful gentleman. Changing my battery in a matter of minutes , even they have a lot of cars to repair . Called to arrange battery replacement , they ordered it for me and arrived at the garage within 24 hours . Very honest and reliable garage, friendly staff and good prices. Highly recommended.
Sudan was so helpful and lovely when my car failed its MOT at another garage! I got a quote for all the repairs on the phone, which was the best of local garages. All the various repairs done within a couple of days, (even clearly having loads of other cars to work on too) car retested and passed all before the jubilee weekend. Price was bang on the quote, despite a few additional issues having come up whilst fixing - and when a few things weren't as badly damaged as anticipated, they didn't do any unnecessary fixes! All in all great service - a lot of garages are particularly bad when they see a female driver, but these guys were helpful, up front and happy to answer questions. Would definitely come back!
As I was riding my motorbike, when it broke down completely losing power. Luckily I could push the bike the garage and the very friendly team came to see that was the issue. The managed to help me although they don't deal with bikes. The mechanic was great as he had to create a makeshift pug to help start the bike. If needed in the future will take the car there.
The staff are friendly offering a professional service and willing to go the extra mile. There were many years where I used to do all vehicle maintenance myself as previously trusted garages had ended up causing more damage to the vehicle. I am very confident trusting my car with this garage have used them exlcusively for the past few years and am always pleased with the great work and level of service here. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
