   I don't understand these reviews. I received very poor service. However, there are a few 1 star reviews which I wish I had seen before booking my car in for an MOT at this garage. They called me and told me my car was ready for collection. When I arrived they said it had failed the MOT! Why couldn't they tell me that over the phone, confirm what repairs were required, ask if I wanted to go ahead and give me the costings before I left to collect the car? It was deceitful and dishonest of them and they have caused me no end of inconvenience. I'm now without my car for a week while I wait for another garage to replace the rear lights. They say they changed the rear left bulb but I have no proof of this as the failed certificate says it doesn't work either. If they changed it why is it still mentioned on the failed MOT? I had no issues with the rear lights before I dropped off the car as far as I could tell but when I picked up the car I noticed the warning lights were on. I don't recommend this garage and won't use their service again.

   I was having an issue with my rear brakes after my car had been to the main dealer. Anesh diagnosed the issue very quickly and told me that the repair should be done via the warranty (my car is less than 3 years old); and that the repair had been misdiagnosed at the main dealer. I’m extremely grateful for the advice (especially late on a Friday afternoon before closing). I will be returning to this garage once out of warranty for all future work, I found him honest and genuine which is very difficult to find in a garage. Thanks again for your honest advice and help.

   Been having my car service and MOT’d with Anesh for two years now since moving to the area. Always excellent service, and Anesh is transparent and keeps you informed. Also, really great to know. He and the team only recommend necessary repairs to me. They’ve also saved me hundreds of pounds. I asked him to change my brakes because they were squeaking and squealing once they got hot (thus I assumed they were wearing out). But when he inspected them, he said they were fine, they just needed a long drive with some heavy braking to get rid of some minor rust build up. I did this, and now everything is fine. Really happy with this, as well as their ongoing excellent service.

   The owner and the whole team are so kind, professional and helpful. I got a flat tire for my car at basement and he is so kind to advise me to use bike bump to bumpit for enough air for me to drive to his garage and he places priority on fixing my urgent problem though there are many cars parked waiting to be serviced and repairs. This is my first time experience with them and it is great.
