avoid this garage at all costs, charged my wife £70 to plug in laptop diagnostics even though i booked the car in for a simple window motor replacement which was one hours work with a £25 part from euro car parts. had to leave the garage with car not repaird

Excellent customer service! Took car out of another garage that were trying to rip me off, wardo fixed my car at less than half the price I was quoted elsewhere

I took my work van to get the brakes looked at as a warning sign came up on the dashboard. I first checked to see if they could accommodate the Mercedes’ sprinter, which they could. I left the vehicle with the garage. I was waiting for a call to be told what needed doing and how much it will cost. I did not get a call. I phoned to check with them. They were already changing brake pads and topping up oil, before I agreed to it. I went to pick up the vehicle and paid the very over priced receipt. I was shocked at how much it was. They replaced all the brake pads. I am not sure if they all needed it. After I left the garage, I received an email from work to there was a parking fine. When I checked it was when the vehicle was at the garage. The garage still has not paid the fine. The garage also topped the fluids up so high, a warning sign comes up, saying engine oil too full. Overall I am disgusted with the service you have provided. I wanted to take the vehicle to a local garage, supporting the local area but will definitely be not going here again and will advise others not too.

The worst job I have had done on any car that I have ever owned. I had to take it back four times and it's still not good and it wasn't cheap. I gave up in the end. AWFUL...I HAD TO GIVE IT ONE STAR IN ORDER TO POST IT

Failed MOT on brake pipes, and split CV boot, and quoted £600 to fix. Took the car for a second opinion elsewhere and told that the brake pipes were nowhere near a fail and the CV boot was loose and easily fastened back in place, all for a fraction of the cost. On top of that the place looks like Step-Toe and sons yard, knackered old cars lying around everywhere, couldn’t even get my car on the forecourt and had to leave it on the road. My advice, take it to the garage round the corner.

They allowed me to book my car in for MOT last minute, which I appreciated. However, failed it on 13 minor and major things (which is fine). They advised they would get a quote and call me, I took my car and had to call them up 24hrs later. When asked if they could send me the break down of the cost, they agreed to but never did send the email. I took my car somewhere else to fixed and saved over 40% what they quoted and that included paying for another MOT.

Agreed to take delivery of my car, which needed the alternator replaced and a new battery. Hardly beyond most garages. The owner refused to take the car and was rude and aggressive. Kwick Fit down the road are far more professional and helpful and fixed my car overnight. Avoid like the plague.
