   Placed an order for Viners cutlery set, didn’t receive any form of order confirmation, received a refund back for the item with no explanation. Called to ask what was going on, stated I would receive a call back and never did despite calling again to chase up. Same item is still available to purchase off the website when they’re clearly out of stock. Terrible communication and customer service.

   We have had a great experience with Select Homeware - ordered a Villeroy cutlery set which was posted quickly, arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. Due to Villeroy's fault, we were given one too many teaspoons and one too few dessert forks. I contacted customer service who replied promptly and sent out a replacement fork for us in the post! Happy customer. Thank you Select Homeware! Would recommend them to anyone - great customer service and great prices!

   I ordered the Sekitobei 6 Piece Japanese Kitchen Knife Block Set £50.00 in March '21, I would have expected at this price the knives would be stainless steel but apparently not as they have rusted and blunted already also there was no knife sharpener in the block had to buy one separate and it doesn't match. avoid this product as it is poor quality and overpriced. shipping & CS was good overall.

   I ordered a wooden knife block set which arrived damaged (badly assembled at the factory). It was minor, but it was a bit annoying as the item was new. Select Homeware have been great since, quickly responding and just generally seeming to care I was happy. A new block is on its way and as a consequence I would be cool with buying from them again. Win win.
