disappointing experience. I went to this company for a kitchen and was first shown a beautiful design that I really liked. But when they sent the actual design from the company, it was completely different - not what we agreed on at all. It felt like a waste of my time. The company showed no responsibility for the mistake and didn't offer any proper solution. I do not recommend anyone to go to this shop for a kitchen. Be careful - what they show and what they deliver are two very different things very big different

I will be fair with Wren who did a relatively small and straightforward kitchen for me for c.£7,000 because not everything was wrong but as a company, it falls short of 3 stars. Positives A) All the directly employed staff are polite and they really try to help you. B) The materials used are high quality. C) The contractor fitter used was very a good professional and kept to his word in terms of timings. This sums up the positives. Negatives. A) The additional work can come to 10-20% of the cost of the kitchen that you paid to wren - so anticipate that!!!! The reason is that the Wren employee who comes to take measurements for the design doesn't make a note of additional work that may be required and doesn't co-ordinate with the fitter so that you can have a quote for additional work at design phase. The result? You will pay at least twice as much for a last minute fitter quote of additional work and this comes to 10-20% of the price you have already paid to Wren. Don't believe them if they downplay the additional work or if they say it's included. If not in your contract, you pay in gold. Also, not to forget that as a result of the non co-ordination even though I asked the question in 3 emails of whether there is a washing machine instead of a cupboard in one location (the flat wasn't mine) neither the designer, nor the fitter checked, so I had to make a last minute amendment. I saved myself bigger problems but this was a close one. B) The delivery team also doesn't co-ordinate with the fitters. My worktop needed cutting as it couldn't be delivered in it's standard 3m size and I had to waste 2 days to coordinate between design team, delivery team - customer service and fitter. Also on the delivery team topic, they had us sign for a bunch of items which we didn't have time to check and the next day they realised they had forgotten an item for which we had already signed receipt and they brought it next day. C) The waste collection contractor came 3 times to collect the waste of the old kitchen. The first time they said they couldn't find parking! The second time miraculously, parking wasn't an issue anymore but they had already delayed by one day and the flooring fitters were in the flat so they had no access to the waste nor could they come back 1 hour later when the flooring would be finished. The third time they sent a single guy for rubbish that needed at least 2 people, so I had to be the second person essentially. I did half of the waste collection myself. To add insult to injury, I had paid extra for removal of the fridge but they refused to remove it resulting in me having to find someone to donate it to and request a refund. D) Repayment of Credit. As a result of the last minute amendment I made to an integrated washing machine instead of a cupboard, I came up with £169 of credit and £91 for the old fridge collection which wasn't collected and had to be refunded. All this money I had to chase twice and wait for over a week with emails to the design team and phone calls to customer service. Overall I must have called and messaged various teams of Wren at least 100 times. I hope this helps others in deciding how to go about it with Wren or even if they want to chose them, and ideally it helps wren get a grasp of it's systemic failures and organisational disarray.

We recently completed a full kitchen renovation with Wren, and from the very beginning to the final result, the entire experience has been absolutely fantastic. We undertook a big project — knocking down a huge wall to transform our old, closed-off kitchen into a spacious, open-plan kitchen/diner. It was a big change, and we really wanted the finished space to feel open, light, and functional for everyday family life as well as entertaining. Wren helped bring that vision to life beautifully. We chose a cashmere finish for our kitchen, and we couldn’t be happier with how it looks. It feels modern but warm, and the colour is really versatile — soft enough to suit a variety of styles while still making a statement. The product range Wren offers is brilliant. From cabinetry to worktops, handles, appliances, and clever storage solutions, we felt we had a huge variety of options to tailor the kitchen exactly to our needs and taste. Everything feels high quality and well thought out. But what truly made the experience exceptional was our kitchen designer, Qasim. He was absolutely amazing from start to finish. We ended up changing the design multiple times — probably more than most people — but Qasim was always so patient and understanding. He never made us feel like a bother, even when we asked to go back to the drawing board several times. He genuinely wanted the kitchen to be perfect for us, and he spent countless hours reworking the plans until we were completely happy. Qasim’s advice was thoughtful and honest. He had a great eye for design and layout but also made sure to balance the practical side — making sure everything would work in our space and stay within our budget. He gave us space to think things through, but he was always on hand to offer support, ideas, and reassurance when we needed it. He really went above and beyond, and thanks to his care and dedication, we now have a kitchen that works perfectly for our family and looks stunning too. The installation process was smooth and well-organised, and everything was delivered on time. Any minor issues were sorted quickly and professionally. Now that it’s all finished, we couldn’t be more proud of the space we’ve created. Wren exceeded our expectations at every stage. The design, quality, service, and support — especially from Qasim — were all outstanding. If you’re thinking about a new kitchen, we’d absolutely recommend them.

We are all too quick to leave a negative review when something falls short of our expectations, but we rarely take the time to highlight exceptional service when we receive it, so that exactly what I want to do for Wren Kitchens, Crown Point. The customer service my fiancée and I received from the team at Crown Point was faultless. From the moment we walked into the showroom we received a warm welcome, were offered drinks and made to feel very comfortable. What had previously felt like a very daunting and difficult exercise became enjoyable and remarkably straight forward. Our designer Toms ability to listen, advise and ultimately translate our thoughts and ideas into a detailed dream kitchen design was remarkable. The kitchen design paired with Tom's clear and calm explanation of the benefits of a Wren kitchen meant that we felt completely comfortable placing our order there and then. We had initially planned to visit some of Wrens competitors for comparable quotations but the combination of a stunning showroom, brilliant customer service, impressive 3D and virtual reality software was something we knew we wouldn't find elsewhere. Our kitchen has now been installed for almost 12 months and we could not be happier. It is far and away our favourite room in the house and always receives compliments from whoever sees it. The quality of everything provided was excellent and has stood up well to everything we have thrown at it this last year. If you are looking for a top quality and affordable kitchen, I can't recommend Wren Crown Point enough.

Only just had our kitchen fitted and was going to wait until it was fully finished (backsplash/ doors fully lined up etc) before doing a review but I'm just so happy with the service from the Leeds branch and the quality of the kitchen I've decided not to wait. They were beyond helpful in designing my kitchen even with the tricky secret door I wanted and my constant changing my mind. This is my 3rd kitchen from Wren in 10 years and the quality has just got better every time. There were a very few doors with slight marks but with the app I just went on and requested new and they were here in a week. I also got the worktop from Wren this time and it's absolutely amazing I couldn't be happier. Would definitely recommend Wren especially the Leeds guys, in fact I wouldn't get a kitchen from anywhere else now. Also got 2 lots of fitted wardrobes with them which I'll do a separate review for but again I'm so so impressed!!!

Absolutely outstanding blown away! Phenomenal service from Wren! I have to say , the service we have received from the word go from Wren has been impeccable. From the start a highly experienced Gentleman came and measured up our kitchen , he was extremely passionate about his job and shared some great ideas with us . We were then invited as a family to the showroom, Leeds Crown Point - Have to say the showroom was immaculate, stunning ranges of kitchen , extremely clean and very well presented. What also helped ease the meeting was the fact they had these uber cool little pods for the kids to be entertained on various computer devices. We met with a member of the design team – Ms Bryony Dewhirst, I have to say when we started to get into the design . This lady was absolutely amazing ! So mega patient and full of super cool ideas! The level of service Bryony offered us was phenomenal and all done with a smile! Through the design process which took about 3 meetings as we had a tricky layout , Bryony was always allocated to us , so she was with us from start to finish – it was great not dealing with multiple members of staff! Finally, once the design work was done then came the delivery , we were communicated to by the delivery team excellently – always kept right up to date , could not fault this team. I couldn’t help but feel nervous and hoped everything would turn up ! The delivery team arrived bang on time, carefully loaded everything and marked off the check list – they were so professional and extremely concise . We were very impressed and guess what everything was there! The kitchen is fitted and – well it is absolutely stunning the quality is at high craftmanship standard ! Very strong sturdy units ..Exactly what we asked for - blown away. Beautiful! Thank you so much Wren for making this whole process so seamless!

I LOVE my new kitchen!! Order no 30090484 I finally have the kitchen I have always wanted thanks to Wren! From start to finish the whole process was easy and the staff were friendly and helpful. It was really useful to have the 3D images of what your kitchen could actually look like and I'm so pleased with the outcome. The kitchen is high quality for a reasonable price and was a pleasure to fit according to my fiancè who was impressed with the fixings and fitting system.
