    Amazing friendly service from Ray on behalf of Porcelenosa....was able to match up some existing Porcelenosa tiles with new ones and source required quantity with ease. After multiple personalised consultations, providing samples and valued advice he has gone over and above to help in any way possible to give us the best customer experience during and after our purchase. I would definitely recommend speaking to him about your tiling requirements. The product supplied was of excellent specification and quality and worth considering over alternatives.

    Customers Beware it’s a shambles….am ….We visited the showroom to view the latest bathroom furniture and tiles. We took our time to carefully browse around and afterwards we discussed our requirements with the young sales lady. We are a returning customer and have been very happy with our previous Porcelanosa bathrooms. The bathroom fixings and fittings plus tiles and installation now needs replacing after 20 years of use. We require a new bathroom for our new house extension and renovation of our four existing porcelanosa bathrooms (we have been very happy with these even after 20 years). We left our draft drawings and email details for a quote. After visiting the showroom for 47 minutes we left and hoped to receive some quotes and ideas? Instead we received a civil enforcement notice parking fine of £100 discounted to £60 if paid immediately. When we called up the people in the showroom to help us sort this out we were told although the customer parking is in their yard it’s a third party that is managing it for them and we were told we should have read the 30 minutes only signs! Well with a can’t and won’t help from them we will just end up paying the parking fee. What a unhelpful situation. Advice for the Managing Director…please ask your staff to warn your potential customers about the 30 minutes rule! This situation has lost your business a loyal returning customer and a significant sales order. It’s sad that you push your customers away. We clearly get the message and will take our business elsewhere! It’s a shocking service attitude! Unbelievable behaviour. Customers beware…..if they only had told us we had less than 30 minutes to look around to purchase their products? Please read the signs carefully when you park in their visitors car park.

    I had a great experience with Ray! After a statue fell and cracked a tile in my bathroom, Ray was incredibly quick to help. He provided excellent customer service, immediately getting me a replacement tile. His efficiency and friendly attitude made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

    If i could give them a zero, i would. Awful service, no one ever answers the call, and when you go in, they are sat talking. Went in today to chase a refund from 3 months ago, and the rude manager pretended to be on a conference call and passed the buck to another member of staff. Miraculousy, he appeared to finish his important call in 3 minutes Anyone thinking of using them save yourself the agro and look elsewhere.

I have been to many ( 4 I say) of your showrooms, but Leeds is the place I find the best. customer service and treat the customers with respect whether they come to buy or window shopping. Everyone there is very helpful. Your care, helping nature and and guiding us to choose the appropriate colour and materials.
