   ⚠️ I strongly advise anyone to be extremely cautious when dealing with WB Pennine Solicitors. My experience with them has been both distressing and professionally unacceptable. I instructed them to handle a time-sensitive property transaction and, despite repeated assurances, key deadlines were consistently missed. Critical communication was ignored, legal duties were neglected, and as a result, I have now lost my property. This outcome could have been entirely avoided with competent legal representation. I made every effort to cooperate and resolve matters professionally, including phone calls, emails, and special delivery letters. Yet, responses were delayed or lacking entirely. Despite court-granted extensions and a willing buyer, WB Pennine failed to meet the deadlines needed to stop a repossession. I am now in the process of lodging complaints with the Legal Ombudsman, the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA), and taking the matter to County Court. Compensation of £100,000 is being sought for financial loss, emotional damage, and distress directly caused by their failings. I do not write this lightly, but to protect others from experiencing the same. If you value your property or your peace of mind, seek legal advice elsewhere.

   Sharing my experience from 2 years ago. Claim against myself (civil matter) resulted in me being claimed against instead of my business. Wosskow took my money knowing the case wasn't going to go in my favour (according to the barrister) which they advised I pay for. The whole experience was a learning curve for me, I'd never take money from my customers knowing the outcome would be negative, I'd explained this to the trainee solicitor I was assigned to that should things not go in my favour, I'd rather settle the debt to avoid a CCJ.    Staff rude and unhelpful on the phone combined with the lack of progress reports and updates you receive it has made our first house buying experience like pulling out teeth week to week to put it kindly. Only time they ever contact you is when they need money from you. Our experience wouldn’t have been half as bad if you got a ‘mediocre’ customer service, however I wouldn’t even call it that.
