   I visited 10 Bolina road to check out the location for my satisfaction. Spoke to the manager and explained what my car needed. They picked up car next day and kept me updated on progress. Car returned 3 hours later and my engine reset. One satisfied customer. I would have given 4.5 but there's no half star. ☺ Disclaimer: I am worried about the latter reviews I am reading here and 3 weeks after my full service I am unable to receive my schedule on work done or diagnostic report paid for and communications have gone burst. They now act like they don't know what I'm talking about and turn questions back on me. I think I got away lightly following these reviews and I think I should count my blessings and move away. I am meant to return for my aircondition to be looked out but I already smell a rat. I do believe there is something going on that could require seeing to.

   If I could I would give this place a 0 star rating! I purchased a Groupon for an MOT, service and an oil filter change for £39.. because I needed an MOT done, and thought this was a great deal. I booked in and shortly received a confirmation text letting me know that I will be charged a minimum of £55 extra for my oil filter change. I responded saying that it was ok, I don't need that part done then, and was happy just to have the MOT. Wich is when they told me to get a refund from groupon because they will not be honoring my voucher, if I don't spend the extra money. They are a Con! I found out after they had conned some of my neighbors also, charging them and refusing to do the work! Discusting!!!

   By far one of the worst garages I have come across. I had got the Groupon deal for the Air Conditioner refill. Owner canceled my appointment 40 mins before the booked time claiming staff was ill, but him and the receptionist is only one working at the garage. After re-book, he then turns up 30 mins late to open shop the follwoing day. After waiting another 30 mins, he then told me I had a minor leak which could be fixed with oil and full regas to which he charged me £100. I have searched all over the internet and everywhere it says this is not the right thing to do. DO NOT TAKE THE GROUPON DEAL WITH THIS GARAGE. Just buy yourself the refill can from Halfords and fill it up yourself. Trust me you will be better off.
