Received friendly advice when I called for a quotation to replace some tyres. Staff member on the line was very patient with all my Q&As and I didn't feel rushed. Booked appointment online, was seen on time and got a call to say the car was ready for collection. Great service from start to finish by staff and branch manager. Will use again.
Used them 7 times for tyres over the past 5 years on 2 cars. Always had a courteous service. However, it took 3 visits on the last occasion for them to find a puncture. I purchased a new tyre, I paid for them to correct my tracking and they left the nut loose. Lucky I took the car for a B service the following day. I will continue to buy tyres from them as they are good value, but I won't let them do anything more advanced, too many poorly supervised apprentices.

I was very disappointed with my recent experience at your branch. I visited earlier this week to have new tyres fitted, but after spending around 20 minutes waiting, I felt completely ignored by the staff. During this time, I also observed one of the technicians speaking to a customer in a very disrespectful manner, which made me even more uncomfortable and ultimately led me to leave. While I understand it is a working garage, the waiting area is well below basic standards. It appeared very dirty and in urgent need of refurbishment. Additionally, the entrance door requires immediate attention, as someone who is neurodiverse, the constant loud slamming of the heavy glass door was overwhelming and distressing. Installing a door closer or adjusting the existing mechanism would make a big difference. Overall, I would not return to this branch based on this experience, but I hope you take this feedback seriously and make improvements for future customers.
Absolutely the best experience ever with any Kwik Fit. Arrived there with tyres losing air. They checked, fixed and job done. No nonsense, no waiting, just down to the job. Rarely have such a perfect experience of customer service anywhere. I am a 100% satisfied customer. Thank you!

On a good few occasions I’ve taken my vehicle to Walworth Road, it’s always been a pleasant experience especially dealing with “TAARIQ” who has fantastic customer service skills knows how to communicate properly with customers and you always notice him working hard whenever you pull into the garage, getting the job done fast without messing around or making you wait 45 years like some places. “TAARIQ” is very professional and most pleasant to deal with and has a great attitude, thanks Taariq Darren/ Mitie
Tyres where ok but I was scheduled at 10:00 and upon arrival I was informed that I have to leave the car so I left the place without coat and driving back to work. I was shocked how can this happen - you could have informed me about possibility to leave the car with you. The other disapointment that wheel alignment and sensor check could not be looked at this garage.
Very helpful and efficient service with friendly staff (apologies did not get the name of the guy) - went for my MOT and was in and out within the hour. Would recommend and will go for future services.
