   Do not use this place. I don’t even know where to start the service has been so appalling. Booked a mot and service via AA car smart. Garage to collect and drop off vehicle. First they were late in collecting. I called at 5pm to see when my car was being returned, it’s now 8pm and no car!!! No mobile number to call and now I have had to cancel my Friday night plans

   Got there early, their website, Google maps don't give opening time for Saturday and blackcircles advise to get there early, as it works on a first come first serve basis. At 8.20 a guy who works there told me the boss would be there in around 10 minutes. He then disappeared and finally they arrived just before 9:15. Left the car and they told me it would take an hour or an hour and a half to get the tyres changed. Went back around 11 and this other employee said he had only been told about the car. Told him I had been told at 9ish it would have taken an hour or hour and a half. Go back at 12.30, they are finishing the last tyre and the guy is telling the boss that I had told him it was an hour like if I had been a bother. I approached them and said that as a customer I had the right to complain because of the delay. At no point I raised my voice or disrespected anyone. This employee started to be confrontational and after some exchanges, when he says he is no small kid or something along those lines, -again, I did not raise my voice or disrespected anyone at any point, he grabbed some sort of metal bar or something like that and threatened me, calling me big man this and big man that. I took my phone out implying I would call the police and he said 'do what you have to do, fam'. At this point, my daughter got in the middle and was totally distraught, upset and stressed and he told her not to touch him, when she was just attempting to stop him from hitting me with the bar. The boss tells him to stop and tells me no one wants trouble but it doesn't appear that would be the first time this has happened. Someone needs to provide help to this employee and perhaps keep him away from customers. He is dangerous. What an awful and appalling experience.

   Used Blenheim Motors for an MOT and service. Dimitar was super helpful, picked up my car, carried out the work, offering fair and reasonable solutions to the issues and dropped my car back. He was polite and a really great guy. Work was done efficiently and prices were really fair. Highly recommend.

   I called up yesterday looking for an MOT and not only did I get booked in straight away for the same day, but within a couple of hours from my initial call my car was ready to be collected. I couldn’t recommend this place enough they are very helpful and friendly, quick and well priced! Will definitely be using them again

   I was unfortunate to encounter this motor repair shop for my MOT test that failed my car, for this very minor reason (see photo). It passed a day later at another shop I took it to with minor adjustments. The guys didn't have much going on that morning, wanted to make money and saw an easy opportunity to do so. All the best to them (what goes around always comes back). I wasn't given much reassurance or direction either on how to pass - they focused more on the problem which says it all really. If you are looking for professionals, that are honest and will give you a service - without ripping you off, please go elsewhere.
