Amazing service! I heard a 'rattle', phoned 'Crown Garage' they saw the car immediately I arrived at the end of their working day, - with all the red lights on the dashboard, and drastically overheating, the car was going no further, - with a snapped water-pump belt. Matt kindly drove me back home. They sourced, ordered and fitted the parts the next day. All sorted in less than a day after my first phone call. That's proper service!, and they're all really nice guys there too.
AVOID!! AVOID!! AVOID!! I had my service with them 3 weeks ago and two days ago I had two tyres that needed replacing due to wear and tear which Crown Garage did not state. They have no duty of care and clearly didn’t take any of my tyres off to see if they had been worn or not. Completely wasted my money and I will be sharing this and with be reporting this as I could’ve lost my life on the motorway when I broke down.

It's may 2022 and I've waited 14 months before doing this review as I wanted to see if problems would develop with the Corsa that Gary searched for. My granddaughter has been so pleased with this lovely looking little car inside and out but most importantly it has been extremely reliable for a 2010 model with not too high mileage and a very reasonable price. Thanks to Gary who got more than we asked for that my granddaughter found a job out of the small village she lives in and can reach areas where transport is limited. Without her car she wouldn't be able to get to her job that she very much likes. One good thing lead to another and Gary has come up trumps. Extremely pleasant and easy to talk to. I am a single female looking out for my granddaughter and greatly appreciate that someone can be so approachable, helpful and trustworthy. I would recommend Crown Garage in Orpington and Gary 100%. I normally do my reviews on trustpilot but couldn't trace it for this.
Gary and the team offer a great service. When the snow came last month they were a God’s send! Definitely recommend them to look after all your vehicles.
