Took my car to Forge Garage for a full service, MOT and timing belt replacement. The work was meant to take two days but they finished everything in one, and the price reflected that. They also gave honest advice and told me my brake pads didn’t need changing, which saved me money — a level of integrity you don’t always find. Nikki kept me updated throughout by phone and email. Excellent service, professional and trustworthy. Highly recommend.
This is an excellent garage. I first used it a few months ago to deal with a problem that two other establishments in the Sevenoaks area had failed to get to the bottom of (a faulty stabiliser which was causing a clunking noise in the engine compartment). I have been back several times since then to deal with issues with my 16 year old much loved Volvo V70 and the service provided by the Forge Garage has been first class on all occasions. If you are looking for a garage with competent and friendly staff and a very reasonable pricing policy, then look no further!
I highly recommend Forge Garage for all your car needs. Friendly bunch of staff, non intimidating if you find this sort of thing overwhelming. Always will try and fit you in. Give them a call if you are wondering between the big giants versus a local firm. The waiting area is clean and tidy, with space to work should you need to.
Excellent garage, very helpful and accommodating. We've had nothing but good service from Forge. When our car has had an issue, they have been really thorough. We always get our MOTs done here too. We would highly recommend Forge.
Our family have been using Forge Garage for over 20 years and, quite honestly, we wouldn't go anywhere else. Forge can diagnose, service and repair most makes and models of cars and their expertise is such that they can deal with all kinds of repairs, including brakes, transmission, engine, exhaust etc. Pete and Connor possess an encyclopedic knowledge of vehicles and they are always highly professional in their approach to a problem.
If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Terrible service, Pete is rude and obnoxious. They diagnosed my car incorrectly and took the top part of the engine out to get to my valves that were all in good condition.I disputed the works and got a credit note, however over a month later they've been in contact trying to re invoice me with fake invoices that they’ve created there and then and have threaten to get debt collectors involved. Don’t use this company unless you want to be scammed or left out of pocket.
I have used this garage for all my recent servicing, fault repairs and MOTs and cannot fault the service they have provided as an older woman, bringing my car to this garage on my own. Whilst I expect to pay a reasonable amount for the service I am getting from these well trained and experienced operators, I have never felt I have been ripped off in any way. Please keep up your excellent work because I don't want to go anywhere else.
I recently used this garage following a personal recommendation as I needed a second opinion. I had recently been quoted £730 by a well known national brand for brake works and replacement tyres. Forge Garage inspected my vehicle and confirmed that none of the work quoted by the national brand was necessary and charged me only an hour's labour. They saved me a shed load of money. I will use the garage for my motoring needs going forward The staff I dealt with were friendly and helpful and I would recommend this garage to anyone without hesitation.
Did my first MOT yesterday there since I purchased my first car 2 months ago, and what can I say? Excellent service , excellent support and friendly and supportive staff. Pete was a huge help and supported me all the way, felt at ease. I took it out for a test drive post MOT and repairs, it felt and handled beautifully, like a new car!
