   After hitting a curb last night and ending up with a damaged sidewall I was struggling to find anywhere to get resolved quickly. Managed to get an appt for tyre check for garage opening and left just over an hour later with new tyre fitted and wheel alignment completed. Thank you!

   Came in to have four tyres replaced. After leaving, I noticed a knocking noise. I went back to your Sevenoaks garage and they straight away checked in the car to investigate - Russell even went out to the car to cheque that the torque was correct. When I came back Russell drove the car with me in it and he also heard the noise; he then went on to investigate. He found that my brand new brake callipers hadn't been fitted correctly (by a Mercedes garage) and they were in fact dangerous. He made them safe and didn't even charge me for his time. Excellent service! Every time I come to Sevenoaks, all your staff are very polite and helpful.

   Took my car to them as the tyre pressure was leaking out slowly (10psi over a number of days). Kwikfit looked at the tyre and said nothing wrong with it. Took it to another tyre mechanic (Dryhill) who found a nail imbedded in the tyre almost immediately. Bright, shiny, silver nail head, about 1 cm diameter - very visible. It makes you wonder about Kwikfit’s competence, or whether they are only interested in fitting (more profitable) new tyres. I also had a previous episode with them where they deduced an exhaust was blowing when, in fact, a wheel bearing had gone. Hence, 1 star.

   Absolutely amazing service from Alfie and Dave. I was in a rush late for an appointment when my vehicles under tray collapsed, I called and was told to pop in. They took it off and I was on my way in less than 5 minutes. Their kindness, efficiency and genuine care was truly unmatched. Although this isn’t my local kwikfit store, I’ll be sure to use my local one next. Thank you!

   The team here are professional, helpful, friendly and flexible. I only used them for the first time a few months ago but I've needed a few tyres since then. Each visit has actually been a really friendly and enjoyable experience, as well as a great job and accommodating wherever they can. Get the feeling that they take pride in the whole experience being positive.Which is why while these guys are here, I'm not going anywhere else.
