I booked a slot at 12pm. I arrived at 12.03pm and was told my slot had been given away to someone else! I explained I had changed my baby's nap to attend the slot and the only reason we were 3 minutes late was because of the temporary traffic lights. They were extremely unhelpful and said it did not matter they could not MOT my car at all that day. I WAS 3 MINUTES LATE - 3 MINUTES!!! I honestly thought they were joking at first. I asked how early I should've arrived and why no-one told me to and they said they wouldn't want me turning up early either so unless you are able to arrive on the exact second your slot is given then you won't be seen. Absolutely ridiculous and appalling service.

Friendly, professional service. Was able to get MOT booked at short notice. Car failed test, fixed highlighted problems, and was given a free retest.

I have been using this company for years, for servicing and MOTs. It's not the poshest of facilities but you pay your money and take your choice. They get the job done at a fair price and are friendly and helpful.
