   My wife has already left a review about KC sofas as far as the buying experience went so I'm going to cover delivery and first use. Delivery was booked between 10 and 1. I got a phone call at 9:25 saying they'd be 20 mins and sure enough Nath and Tyler turned up on time. The lads introduced themselves and asked which way the sofa was going in. They asked where I wanted each piece and showed me how it fits together in case I wanted to swap it around later. The lads were very busy that but still took the time to make sure I was happy with everything and that everything worked as it should. 5 star service from Nathan and Tyler and everyone at KC. The first night with the sofa and the kids spent the night watching TV with us for the first time in years. Highly recommend KC sofas.

   Extremely happy with our new sofa! A really easy, pleasant and stress free service/experience throughout! No pushy sales people in store and no rush when choosing a sofa (we we’re there a while looking at designs and colours as we weren’t sure what we exactly wanted) Up to date delivery time scales and a total breeze with booking a delivery date. Kami & Sam who delivered our sofa were really friendly, professional, respected our new home and delivered our new sofa with care and ease. Lovely lads and a credit to the team. Would highly recommend KG sofas.

   My delivery was spot on the guys rang me with a time half hour before delivery. Tyler and Nath were brilliant they were polite and were very careful bringing my sofa through the door. They made sure everything was OK and assembled and took all waste away. I would use KC sofas in the future and share with friends and family. Thank you

   Very impressed with this company. Really helpful when we were choosing our sofas. They can mix and match styles and fabrics to suit requirements. All made to order it was ready in 10 weeks as promised. Contacted us when it was ready and delivered by 2 accommodating guys who did all the lifting. Highly recommended. Our new furniture is really well made and feels luxurious. Great value.

   Got my new sofa's, fantastic quality. Customer service has been 10/10 from the minute we walked into the Doncaster store, Andrea and Andrew have been so helpful as we were unsure on what we wanted. They stayed in contact throughout and Scott who delivered let us know exactly when it would be coming, really polite and helpful from everyone involved. I will never buy from another sofa shop. Thank you all involved :)
