   Thank you so much for our wonderful furniture. We have recently moved house and arranged with Revival beds for the furniture to be installed on move in day. This meant that the delivery guys had to stay late due to our move having some delays. We have two double and a super king size bed with matching bed sides. The quality of furniture is outstanding. I can just tell this will last us forever. Amazing staff and correspondence in the office with a professional delivery service. Thank you for amazing furniture. We will sleep well this Christmas.

   We bought a king-size Winchester bed in oak with under-bed drawers. The service was great - I rang to check that the mattress I was ordering was the best 'fit' for us and had a chat with a lovely helpful and friendly person, who laid out all the options and took time to make sure it was right. The bed itself if beautifully made, as you would expect and the delivery and assembly was efficient, clean & tidy and to time. I have wanted a Revival bed for about 20 years - it was worth the wait!

   Disappointed that my bed hasn't held up over time, unfortunately as I'm unable to find proof of original purchase (revival deliverd it themselves to my house!) I'm unable to have major defects rectified and will be taking my ambassador double to the local tip. Buyers beware guarantee! I bought the bed as I'm disabled and need longevity but unfortunately this isn't possible. Build quality on my bed is poor, offcuts have been used and some attempts to hide have been made as pictured. Maybe I'm asking for too much it's approximately 10 years old but issues have been going on since I contacted the company several years ago. Edit: your reply is meaningless because nothing has been rectified after contacting you. The lads who delivered and installed were FROM YOUR COMPANY REVIVAL I'm sorry you make a poor quality disposable product that has no longevity. No water or excessive heat or even low or high humidity has effected this bed it's the cuts of timber which have warped due to lack of knowledge or laziness my the manufacturer. It's a cheap pine bed with a high price and a ikea lifespan It is what it is Cheers for the reply I'm sure it's for anyone else reading and definitely not to help me! Great Just to clarify they won't help if you have issues down the line but are happy to take your money

   We love our new frame from Revival, it was worth the wait and after a minor hiccup we've been sorted via the company and now so pleased we went with the choices we made. Unfortunately upon installation the frame was not put together entirely correct by Revival so the under storage did not close properly and we kept catching ourselves when passing. After a call with Revival they were happy to come back out to look at the frame, they had to take it apart to put it back together and it aligned perfectly! The staining on the wood works perfectly well with the idea of the room and Revival have helped us make the Pintrest Master bedroom of our dreams! The craftsmanship and detailing on this bed is equisit and just totally worth it! The customer service is great and they are on hand for any calls made out to them after sale.

   When looking for a quality oak bed, all the usual retailers just did not do it for us. We then found Revival Beds and visited there showroom, WOW , the craftmanship shone through the beds and furniture. We where made welcome to take our time to decide what we liked and was shown all the colour options. We placed our order and upon delivery, the bed was assembled by the factory guys who took there time too make sure we where happy with everything. The bed is beautifully made and solid, we are so happy with the model with drawers we chose and also bedside tables. The customer service and communication was excellent and we would highly recommend Revival too anyone looking for a new bed.

   We are absolutely thrilled with our bed! Superb craftmanship that really stands out from store-bought beds. The whole process was smooth and professional with great communication throughout. We plan to buy the matching wardrobes next year! Furniture to last for many years to come!

   Really pleased with the quality of our new bed, and the customer service from Revival. We asked for a simple customisation to their Maine bed frame, which they were happy to do, and did so perfectly. The oak is just beautiful and we now have our forever bed. Very happy customers. Would recommend Revival to anyone.

   Was really glad to find this company, I'd been underwhelmed by the big retailers over promishing and under delivering. At least with these guys they were honest, straight forward to do business with and they make beautiful handmade furniture. Every step of the way they kept me informed of progress and delivered on time. I enjoyed going to their workshop/showroom as well, was fun to see other people's beds being crafted. The guys that came and delivered and built my bed were funny and friendly as well. Highly recommend!

   We ordered bedroom furniture, minus a bed, and despite the challenges of the past year, received excellent customer service and bespoke furniture. We are delighted with the furniture build and ascetics, however we need to be mindful of the vulnerability of the finish with water spillages as they mark instantly. Revival beds have been more than helpful in restoring our furniture with product advice. I only wish I could complete the look with a bed to match but need an electric bed for health reasons.
