Bought two mattresses for our Super King bed some 30 months ago. After only 24 months one of them started to sack quite badly, We contacted the company who asked us to send photos to prove our claim. 10 days later some more photos were requested only to be asked for even more some days later. For a product that has cost us an arm and a leg this customer service is very poor. Needless to say that we didn’t get anywhere and we had to bite the bullet to buy a new product - we staid well away from Henry Smeaton!
