Walked in and was greeted with a rude comment from the staff and dirty looks as soon as we was in the store. Made me feel very uneasy - won’t be shopping here again.

Went into Mansfield store today. Showroom was lovely and clean but the welcoming into store was a zero, no smile, no hello just a stare and a scowl from the older lady on arrival. Yes I am in the market for a new sofa but was totally put off by the staff. Walked by a second time for both women on desk to just look at us and scowl once more. Definitely won't be purchasing from those people
Brilliant in house staff but customer service line is incredibly difficult. Had to call multiple times, ended up sending my purchase out for a delivery when it was for collection. Cannot contact store directly which I believe is a big issue. Got everything sorted and looking forward to the delivery of my new sofas.
Staff in-store patronising which I wouldn't even care about too much, were it not for the fact that they were wrong twice. Fitters were argumentative after doing a subpar job. Use Carpet Right.
Very efficient, helpful and informative manager. He gave us time for decision making too. Beautiful leather furniture purchased and bargain clearance stock items too.

Brought a sofa from here paid over £1100 excluding the £250 on top for 5 year insurance.. 18 months in the cushion covers started to rip for no apparent reason.. looked at insurance documents that clearly states it was covered.. so contacted them they came out acceses it and refused to cover it.. ( all About the money those guys ) so we PAID scs to make some new ones day before delivery got a email not a call a email saying Fabric as been discontinued and we no longer will be getting the replacement.. we paid and placed the order 2 months prior.. the sofas take ages to be delivered and poorly made rubbish.. the sales people are pushy the call centre staff are rude.. avoid SCS and spend the extra and go to sofolgy. They look after there customers and treat them with respect including aftercare..
