   Had the Turbocharger changed for hybrid BMW. EME module was blown away when I collected the car. ******Don't take hybrid or electric cars to them*******. They only taking them for their own experiments & learning. Its going to cost me 7.5K £ to get that replaced. ******RUINED MY CAR completely*****

   Great little garage we've known Both Jock and Biaggio Sapia since we were kids, 2 great mechanics, excellent customer service and they are well priced had a new back windscreen rubber fitted today and they cut me a new blade and fitted the rubber saving me £25 which I thought was amazing, I highly recommend this wonderful family Garage to anybody.

   PLEASE TRY TO VOID THIS GARAGE IF YOU CAN! There so many bad reviews about this garage, we did not believe them and we are regretting it now ! My wife is living and working in Woking during the week days and one day her car engine starts smoking, so she takes the car to this garage. We toke the car to this garage twice within the SAME WEEK and paid for both services straight away without any questions, overall is almost £300. BUT AFTER 2 attempts from them, my wife's car is still smoking but according to their MANAGER JOE, it is safe to drive but needs to burn off all the oils from engine. Now we have tried to drive it and only after 5 mins, so much smokes coming out from the engine and it even worse than before. SO, I have tried to call this Manager Joe again, he has such a bad attitude and said to me that he has done his job and fixed the leak and its not his problem if car is still smoking and if I want to fix it, I can take the car back again. This is such an unprofessional place I have EVER experienced in my life, I have called him twice and he said the car is all fixed and safe to drive and today when I call him again, he said he knows there are more leaks inside the engine but he DID NOT fix it. Such a poor and bad behaviour like him, putting my wife's life in the risk as she has to drive back to Oxford and she stuck on the Motor way twice within the same with a smoking car, not just that we have for the AA to toll the car back to her hour, it is also very dangerous to drive a car like this. I have informed him that I will take this to the legal advise and as a result and tried to call him back for a few times, as a results and a PAID costumer, they have BLOCKED from their phone number. I have never experienced something that is SO Unprofessional this before and I am not going to let it go, the professional people will get in touch with them hopefully and I hope no others will be in the situation like us.

   Bagio and Joe are great. Friendly family business. Always an honest job done at a fair price. Would never go to another garage unless forced to. Drove from both Wales and south of Spain to get my car serviced here as wouldn't trust anyone else :)

   Absolutely terrible experience, got a quote from them for car service, booked appointment. After service they gave me completely different bill double than initial quote. When I asked why you charging me double bill, they took my car into the Garage and start swearing, kept my car keys and threatened if I don’t pay the bill I wouldn’t be able to take car. I was bit scared and pay whole bill. The reason of using their service when I looked good reviews at google and meeting their main owner, I thought I am going to get good mechanic for my car for long time. I wanted to give them big paint work for my car. I am surprised how they have 4-star rating. I found it very scary experience and would never use them in my life. I would never recommend them for any car service or any other work. Please be careful.!!!

   I cannot understand why this company has received poor reviews. I have taken all the family cars to them for service over many years and I have always had honest and excellent well priced proper work carried out. They are very friendly, experienced and very helpful.
