We booked this as we were attending an event nearby - Vicky was welcoming and friendly. It feels like a home and the old building is well utilised. Its a bit tired but very comfy. We booked a twin room which had ample space - beds were comfy and it was spotlessly clean. Bathroom was ok - due to the shape of the room the shower was not idea for a 6ft person! Breakfast was excellent - well cooked, tasty. We left a shift behind by accident and Vicky called me to arrange collection or post. when we collected ti she had already washed it. Very continent and easy to get to an genuinely warm hospitality.

This place isn’t for us - rooms are so dated, no showers & bed wasn’t comfortable at all. The breakfast was ok. Home made jam was v tasty but we won’t be staying here again.

I never stayed but my motorcycle broke down outside the property and I was given a cup of tea and some biscuits whilst I waited for the recovery vehicle. I would just like to say thank you and I would recommend just on this experience

Lovely small B and B. Stayed over night between going to watch the British masters at the Belfry. Nice clean rooms, friendly staff. Lovely breakfast.

Room was spotless warm and very comfortable. Good ensuite with shower attachment to bath, nice towels and toiletries. Kettle with tea and coffee plus milk supplied, TV, hair dryer and even a small sewing kit in the room. Breakfast was cooked by the owner and was first rate. Great place to stay and as an elderly lady travelling alone I felt safe and secure throughout.

What a superb little place this is. Vicki the proprietor was very welcoming. Room was very well equipped and spotlessly clean. Free WiFi is available and the breakfast room is also well supplied.

Friendly, quiet and quaint. I stayed over last night for a business trip and Vicki couldn't be more accommodating as I arrived late. The breakfast was lush and had good variety. The rooms were fresh and clean, my first time in the Midlands and this place has set the bar high, for hospitality and friendliness. Would highly recommend.

After many family members stayed for a weekend here, I can confidently say this is a fantastic guest house. Everything is perfectly clean, warm, efficient, exceptionally friendly and welcoming. We would recommend staying here 100%. Wonderfully friendly and helpful owners.
