   The place looks tired and old. The only clean things on here are bed sheets and towels but still, the room was incredible dirty and whatever has been painted recently, they done it in a rush, without care or atention on details, over the old paint and dust and without a proper clean of the mark after job was done. The carpets are incredible dirty and that could explain why the air in the room(206) feels dusty and dificult to breath. Window hasn't been clean in ages. Cannot believe place like this one are still running in 21 century in western world. The only good things to mention is parking area quite wide and safe and the lady from morning who was nice and shows a positive and helpfull attitude, otherwise 1 star. Shocking. Spechless. Pictures speak for themselves.

   Overall experience terrible, dirty room, bath is peeling whilst your in it, no pillows had to use our bags and when we asked for more pillows they say no. Cold, very thin duvet that was ripped, big groups of men stood by doors not very inviting. Won’t stay again.

   The staff are lovely and always so welcoming to me and my partner. We have spent many years staying due to convenience and prices. Never really complained or had any reason to. However; we stayed one night and the room we was allocated was that filthy we had to keep our shoes on and just felt naturally uncomfortable with how dirty it was. The floor was full of dirt and the bathroom was not clean sadly. It's ashame as the staff work so hard and have nothing against any of them. Just the standard of hygiene was very poor that night!

   It's probably the WORST hotel I have ever stayed in!!! TV in the room didn't work, staff and people making noise in the car park at 3am!! The worst uncomfortable bed in the world!! No fan was available when I asked. I asked for some additional pillows, as the ones provided were as flat as paper, and never got them! The room smelt damp and musty with black patches on the walls and ceiling!! I had 2 nights booked, but I went home at 2 am. on the 2nd night to get some sleep in my own bed! I felt so unclean for the 1 night I managed to stay, with only 3 hours of sleep!!! I wouldn't come back if you paid me!!!

   Rooms ok. But to have friends receive a parking fine when picking us up at hoel is appalling. Will not be using hotel again.

   It was not great had a guy come into our room, claiming it was his, and refused to move. Sat on the floor stated he wasn't moving until the hotel sorted out his original room. He did leave after 20 mins of coaxing by the staff and myself. It's not ideal but the hotel has promised a full refund, so thanks for this if I get it

   THIS PLACE URGENTLY NEEDS TO BE TAKEN DOWN AND BURNT. Aside from lifts not working, the place is infected, unbelievably dirty, stinky, scared to touch anything bc of how bad it looked, hairs, blood and dirt everywhere…Dodgy things happen there…better sleep outside…I can’t believe this exists in U.K., we left to look for another hotel in 3 mins which seemed like an eternity in this place of a nightmare. No stars, i just had to select a score

   Basic hotel. Some of the hotel seems to be for homeless, asylum seekers or people on benefits so not ideal for a family but ok as a one night stopover. No toiletries provided and lift not working. Great bar and restaurant next door and free parking

   Badly in need of a refurb. Rooms and corridors very shabby but it is exceptionally cheap. Drove past it 3 times because signage overpowered by brightly lit bar next door and lift out of order. Plus side apart from price lots of parking for guests
