Free parking here is a plus. The hotel has been recently renovated. Handy hint there is no lift here so expect stairs and corridors are on the narrow side. Rooms aren't spacious but OK for a night or two. Shower had good pressure. I would not recommend the restaurant the food took a long time to come and was underwhelming. Pizza looked like a store bought one and tasted like it. The burger was small and overdone. The chunky chips were nice. All food was hot at least. Staff are lovely so maybe they just need to revamp their restaurant offerings.

This was, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience Iβve ever had. I hesitate to even call it a hotel, given the lack of basic amenities and hospitality. 1. **No Hot Water:** There was no hot water during our entire stay, which made basic hygiene and comfort impossible. 2. **Unwelcoming Staff:** The staff were far from welcoming. There was no warmth or assistance, making us feel like an inconvenience rather than guests. 3. **Breakfast Experience:** Breakfast was Γ la carte, but the staff actively discouraged us from ordering what we wanted. The breakfast guy repeatedly told everyone, "It will take time," pressuring us to choose simpler options. This was frustrating and unprofessional. 4. **Room Condition:** The rooms were old, dirty, and outdated. The overall maintenance was poor, and it felt like no effort had been made to ensure a comfortable or clean environment. 5. **Overheating Issue:** The heaters were left on at full blast, making the rooms unbearably hot and suffocating. It was impossible to adjust the temperature, adding to the discomfort. 6. **Price:** For the price charged per night, the value was abysmal. The experience was nowhere near worth the cost. **Only Positive:** The only redeeming feature was the availability of parking, which was convenient. **Conclusion:** I do not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant or comfortable stay. Save your money and book elsewhere!

Worst « hotelΒ Β» if you want to call ever. No hot water. No welcoming staff. Breakfast Γ la carte. The breakfast guy saying to everyone that their chosen dish « will take timeΒ Β» so we do not order it. Old, dirty and dated. Only positive point is the parking. I do not recommend if you want to have a pleasant stay. Also very expensive for a night. They leave all the heaters on and itβs suffocating.

I work nights so had to book two days to be able to sleep thought out the day, I explained this to the front desk lady and the manger and they offered me complementary breakfast as I wouldnβt be staying the second night, that literally made my morning! (Brilliant breakfast) The manger in a top man, so polite! Extremely happy with my stay. Very clean room shower, comfy bed, everything I needed provided! Next time Iβm working away I will be coming back here will also recommend to other colleagues and friends. Absolute brilliant stay couldnβt recommend it anymore thank you for top notch hospitality! :)

The location is convenient for a short drive to city center. Rooms are ideal for the price and cozy. Staff is the standout quality though, they were incredibly accommodating and helpful even though we had issues booking through a third party service. The employees and manager could have just as easily told us this mistake was not their problem but they went above and beyond to help us meet our short holiday needs.

I don't know where to begin...the room I got was the smallest I ever seen in my life...the sheets smelled funny. Next day I went to reception to tell them that the sheets smelled funny. After a day came back late night to find the same problem. Started to investigate and found that the duvet smelled like urine. I throw it on the floor and fot the spare one from the wardrobe. Found also that the mattress had the same problem but not the sheets. They game another room but didn't even apologize for that. Every footstep in that hotel could be hears and every noise. At 6am you will wake up when the garbage is collected because you can hear everything that's happening outside. I really disappointed about this hotel

A very clean hotel I had to stay for a week end. And I found the place to be very nice and tidy. The only issue is: it is a bit difficult to find your room they should improve their marking on how to find ones room! It is a bit tricky to get in your room. They should offer free breakfast!!! Otherwise not a bad hotel.

We hired the hotel for a "Celebration of Life" (a Wake) following my mother-in-law's funeral. Whilst I cannot comment on staying overnight at the hotel I can comment on the service provided, from our initial enquiry right through to the event itself. On our initial enquiry the receptionist was respectful for our loss, pleasant and helpful. This was equally followed by Janice who helped us to co-ordinate the "Celebration of Life" choosing the buffet from the extensive menu. The Chef personally, on the day, catered for my vegetarian diet. The buffet was prepared fresh on our arrival. Although it was only a buffet it was well presented and served by a waiter who was courteous, attentive and invisible allowing the family to reminisce. The buffet was of excellent quality and no one could find fault with the food. The reception, rooms and toilets were clean to a very high standard. A big thank you from all of the family.

A lovely place to stay. Everyone was very welcoming and room was nice. The power shower was fantastic. The meals were great, well done to the chef. He even came out to talk to his customers which was a nice gesture.
