I went in for 2 takeaway breakfasts to take home. The girl serving was not particularly helpful or interested in helping me but maybe she was new as she seemed a bit out of her depth. I asked for egg barms and it confused her, she didn't show me a menu but I found one myself and ordered breakfast wraps to try to help her. I then waited 15 minutes for them to be ready despite only 2 other customers in there. The smoke alarm went off during this period and there was quite a bit of smoke which made me feel a bit unwell for a while after ( later I found this was my breakfast setting off the alarms..it was quite "well done") . The lad serving was more cheerful than the girl but took an age to put my breakfast in a carrier bag making me want to snatch it off him and do it myself. I'd wanted to go in Butter Wouldn't Melt but she'd said she would be ten minutes and I only had 15 mins left on the parking ticket so I'd gone to Bus Stop hoping to be quicker. Instead of 15 mins and £6 in BWM I spent 20 min and 20 quid in Bus Stop for a breakfast more fancy but not as nice. I would go in Bus Stop again but only as a last resort. Food was nice, service could improve.

Ordered cheese and ham toasties. What we were given was a ham and cheese sandwich, toasted on one side. Not real butter, and it was spread on the inside instead of the outside so the bread was soggy not crisp (as in proper toasties) saw chef afterwards - wearing scruffy and dirty whites - not impressed!

Visited here as I much prefer small independents to large chains. Surprisingly varied menu covering breakfasts through to lunches & afternoon tea. Food is freshly prepared & good quality. Friendly service & nice décor, courtyard garden for the warmer weather. Dog friendly. They can also cater for small parties functions etc. Been a few times now, becoming quite a regular!

First time visiting here after wanting a nice breakfast with a group of mates. All I can say was it has to be the worst we've ever tried. The sausage looked anaemic and was Stone cold inside. The bacon was so pink and again not hot. Black pudding i didn't have but my friend said that was also Luke warm. The egg and beans we're okay but nothing amazing. The waitress did sort out one of our groups food but I was so put off I just ate the toast and that was it. Also at a price of £10 it isn't the cheapest of fry ups given no free tea or coffee included. I don't even think I would accept a free return visit on this occasion. Sorry to be so harsh but in the area this is situated you have to be on top form and sadly this wasn't.

I won’t lie the breakfast pancakes were very nice taste wise. However for 3 thin pancakes and 2 rashes of bacon doesn’t equal to £7.50. Further more the supposably manger then disagreed with me and argued that this amount of food equals up to £7.50. My conclusion of this is bland to say the least. I would definitely Advise not ask for the breakfast pancakes.

Very underwhelming. The crispy egg was overcooked and unpleasant, very rubbery. The chorizo hollandaise was a weird texture, like custard with almost no flavour. The breakfast was also quite sad looking. Coffee was ok. Service was order at the counter and pay at the counter after your meal, which is odd, either take the order at the table and pay at the counter at the end or order at the counter and pay at the time. The decor is nice, and the ideas are solid, but a lot more effort needs to be spent on the execution. I wouldn't go back here.
