   Vehicle issues persisted after it "had been Fixed". When I called to work out the next steps was told James was out of town for a few days and my number was blocked. Seriously do not take your vehicle here

   Poor understanding of OBD readouts and very keen to suggest expensive sequence of repair solutions to what was a complex problem. Car was L322 Range Rover with M62 engine. Fault was engine misfire.

   Damaged my car a year ago changing the ball joints, refitted them and burst the seals (see pic with fluid all down the tyre) and steering was massively out with wheels both pointing outwards. Absolute joke of an outfit. There is a guy call James who did the work who seemed to think that was acceptable. Dangerous to drive after and they damaged my steering box trying to fix. Failed the MOT (at the place next to them) due to the steering but then miraculously passed. They also damaged an alloy taking the wheel off. There is a cockney chap who also co owns it who tried to say "i'm one of these people that always complains', absolute con artist. Shouldn't of left my car there when they started talking nonsense about what it could be (i work on the car myself). I can't swear in this annoyingly as there is a 4 letter word that keeps springing to mind. Had to pay £1200+ to fix all the damage they did. Also lied about the rate saying it was £55 inc VAT then turned out to be £65. Hope they go bust due to covid.

   Don’t go there!!! Very bad unreal experience, trying to find faults just to chasing extra money, they’re linked with the garage service around finding you problems even if you don’t have. I don’t believe they are honest!!
