   This hotel has a lot of room for improvement. Even from the outside you can tell it is not the best. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. The heating is not good you have to share a toilet and shower/bath.

   This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. This is NOT a hotel it's a hostel which is full of drug using single males. If you have children do not stay here. The hotel has a massive problem with a cockroach and rat infestation. If you are staying here as homeless, pray that you are moved. However, if you are staying socially do not waste your money as honestly imagine the worse conditions you could think of and that's what you will get. This is a failed hotel which councils are now using to house homeless drug using adults who freely smoke weed in their rooms and cover smoke alarms. A disaster waiting to happen, not only hellish but unsafe.

   Room was like a bail hostel / tv had no remote so wasn't able to use also cups was dirty I wouldn't even attempt to eat the food by the state of the place also the price is a absolute rip of I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anybody let alone a homeless person

   The staff are very miserable. Breakfast wha toast and egg.not cooked rooms dirty.never again will I stay again even if it was for free Please don't waste your money.

   Probably worst hotel/b&b i have ever stayed in not very clean food is disgusting and surrounded by homeless people and drug users felt very unsafe there

   They offer wifi signal and there is not. Staff of the evening shift is very rude and no helpful at all. I decided to leave the room even though it was already paid because I needed the Internet to work. I don't recommend this place at all.
