   worst experience, so manipulative, high end prices. holds vehicles as ransom if you don't agree to their repair cost, save yourself the mental frustration. do not contact these lot, better to sell your car than contacting them.

   This company is a gearbox specialist and they will collect your car from wherever it needs collecting from, repair it and deliver it back to you. So far my dealings with Jordan have been great and I am pleased that this company is everything it says it is. Five stars.

   Very very disappointed I found the site for my misses. She was given a price that she believed to be true which she agreed to (repair cost was the value of the car itself so a lot of money to fix around £1250), she used the garage recommended or directed to via service 4 service. The garage did good job. When it came to payment with service 4 service the price was different to what she had originally agreed. Upsetting her no end, causing massive amounts of stress and headache, and it sounded to me like service 4 service was so poor they offered no compromise or resolution just demanded money for the car back like the school bully that steals your pencil case and refuses to give it back. In the end I believe she paid this company service 4 service leaving a bad taste in her mouth, and most likely will not use the company again in the future and I’d would suggest you approach this company with caution to as they seem their only concern is taking your money by any means nessary with no compassion, understanding, or empathy or customer service skills what to speak of on this occasion. If it can happen to her it can happen to you.

   scammer, paid 2750£ for the gearbox repair, over the phone they said 1800£ max for the repair, the repair came with 12 months warranty, and 12000 miles, drover the car for 10 miles then broke down on the A3, call them to take it back to fix it, still 6 weeks waiting for them to pick it up, now they don't respond to Email (Chris), when I called the first time Chris said leave it for me, I will sort it out, waited 4 days, no response, again second time I call, he said the same thing, nothing, send 3 emails, no response at all, 6weeks still nothing, I have every record for all the emails, I'm taking them to court, its a fraud, scammers, liars, I will take the car to an expert, and check the repair they done, they are suppose to rebuild the gearbox, with new genuine BMW parts, from my experience to avoid, they have a lot of bad feedback wish they delete

   Lost 4 days from work only to have a car diagnostic at service4service Confirmed Collection on Monday , waited till 15:00 to tell me that they will better take the car on Tuesday morning , they arrived Tuesday at 16:00 to pick the car Failing to properly communicate the problem with the car and quoted me at £800 to REPAIR abs pump when on VW dealer a NEW ABS pump is £749 Called each day to have my car back at least 2 times a day , they told me they will check who is dealing with my car and call back right away, after 1 week never received a call back , despite me calling each day asking about the car After trying to speak with a manager they didn't even knew that the car is still in their Service and told me i will receive a email with the car problem , no one had a clue about anything , this is like a nightmare , i'm still waiting for the car after 8 days only for a diagnostic This is by far worst car service i dealt with
