   I had a tire replaced here and the service was totally unacceptable. I drove onto the motorway soon after leaving and experienced substantial vibrations through the entire car. It felt incredibly unsafe. I had to take the car to another Kwik Fit branch (in Brighton) where the technician confirmed that the wheel had not been rebalanced at all, and the hub hadn't been cleaned up to a decent standard. Allowing a customer to drive away with an unbalanced wheel is negligent and dangerous. I will not be using this branch again.

   They were ready for the car when I arrived and I was contacted in the afternoon as advised to discuss the work required. The only issue is trying to contact the branch to confirm I wanted them to go ahead with the works required outside of the MOT and yearly service. They were very busy and I could not get through by phone. In the end they rang me late in the day, however it was frustrating not being able to contact them. I understand they were busy and short staffed. An email address for the branch would be helpful in these circumstances.
