    Tyre fitting worked well with no waiting, but did take an hour with no one else in the garage. Really wanted the wheel alignment check but was told the machine was broken - if I had known I'd have gone to another branch when I booked, as my tyres have been wearing unevenly. I have had the tracking adjusted but I wanted confirmation.

    C.M.Gonzalez was very very helpful, he went above and beyond to ensure my appointment was booked. Due to error online when I booked myself . He ensure I had my car booked and done,especially as I had my small children with me he took that into consideration also which was even greater. Overall he is good on the team great communication skills and commitment and customer care and support. Lewisham Kwik Fit.

    Had my MOT done at Kwik Fit Lewisham today and was really impressed. Taef and Barry provided excellent customer service from start to finish friendly, professional, and genuinely considerate. They took the time to explain things clearly, worked efficiently, and made the whole process stress-free. You can tell they care about their customers, not just the cars. Highly recommend!

    AVOID IF YOUR CAR HAS WHEEL TRIMS! I booked my car into Kwik Fit lewisham 19 May 2025 for an MOT, full service and four new tyres. Total paid: £747. ✅ The MOT and tyre fitting were completed the same day. ❌ Six days later—on my first drive after the service—both rear wheel trims flew off on the motorway because they hadn’t been refitted properly. • These trims had been on the car since 2014 and had never come loose before. • I did not stop or remove them; they simply detached while driving. • Kwik Fit staff told me the trims were either “stolen” on the road (!) or “not fitted correctly in the first place” effectively blaming me instead of accepting responsibility for poor workmanship. I asked for replacement trims (a minor cost compared with the £747 I’d just spent) but was flatly refused. The dismissive attitude and lack of accountability turned what should have been a routine service into a frustrating experience.

    i was full service my car december first week. after service next week my car break down when iam going job.the reason is clutch cable broken.i was done my full service your service team didint check my clutch i have loss 500 pound beacuse i was call recovery van bring my car.i was check youe full service check list its include clutch checking for manual car so iam very very unsatisfied for your service.

He kept me informed on every stage of the process, even when it was a possibility that I’d have to leave the car overnight.     Thieves. I work for a reputable company, upon collecting my vehicle I noticed one of my company pens was on the desk. Found this strange as I knew only I had access to these pens. After speaking with Barry & John Paul. They said it fell out the vehicle, which again was strange because all of the pens were in a bag in my vehicle. Even if the pen did fall out my vehicle. Why not put it back where it came from? Instead of taking it for your own use. I felt violated and still do now, what else was taken & how many pens were actually taken? Another thing, I had multiple boxes in my boot which were all taken out and practically thrown on my back seat and passenger seat, which they didn’t even have the courtesy to put them back? All I got from both of them was “were understaffed I couldn’t do much more” I wouldn’t ever be going back there again, never. I wouldn’t recommend anyone who reads this review to go there either. Absolutely shameful, employees stealing & just out right rude. I’ll also be making a formal complaint regarding this as I find this unacceptable & I still feel violated.

    Just went in for a tyre check as there was a nail in it. For some reason they had a bit of an attitude with me and not sure what I had done wrong. It did came across a bit rude and not very welcoming. It’s already not the best thing having a nail in your tyre, but you certainly don’t want to feel even worse. Anyway, I did decide to go to another place, which offered a better service (and a much better price actually). Which is a shame, as these guys are the closest to me.
