   Went here New Year’s Eve to get acrylics as see from pictures first one came off two days later and today another 2 one had ripped half nail off as it was coming off at top of nail bed and got caught so painful I asked for ruby red which he did then for what ever reason then proceeded to paint them all black never again would I go here absolutely terrible staff seemed ok apart from all had terrible coughs and not one covered there mouths when coughing everywhere . Avoid here at all costs only went as near to me and always empty when I go past .

   Not recommend at all. Long time waiting for service after I saw me nails I left very upset. A have to finished them at home. I wouldn’t use this shop again. After all you can’t pay by cart just bank transfer and no any receipt!!! No prices showing anywhere so you don’t know how much you will pay at the end. For very pool nails one colour no tips I pay £35

   Went to HDNAILS last month and did my nails with very good and welcoming environment. The lady prioritised every customer who come through the door and make sure good services. I definitely will be coming back as my nails were immaculate and pristine - definitely recommend HD nails

   Only put 1 star as it would not let me put zero!!! Booked in for my wedding day weeks in advance. Received a text message from the owner the day before my appointment asking me to come half an hour later than planned. I had a tight schedule due to other wedding prep and the wedding being the following morning, but I agreed to attend at the later time. I turned up and the shop was closed!!!!! I called the same number that had confirmed my appointment the day before several times, but got no answer. The owner knew it was my wedding day, so I feel this is terrible behaviour. I appreciate that emergencies happen but know that the shop opened up the next day and did not receive as much as an apology text. Would never go back and have since been told by other customers that the same has happened to them and that the owner always claims that there was a family emergency!!!! Very disappointing.
